I tried Vivola Express for the first time a few days ago. It is in a strip mall. It was very busy, with a 20–30-minute wait time. They are set up to focus primarily on sandwiches, with what appear to be quality ingredients and a variety of sauces. I had an Angry Bird sandwich, which was excellent. They can modify the sandwich, deleting an item or changing the sauce. Prices are somewhat high for a sandwich, but you are getting a high quality one. I would suggest sending in your order online if possible. Definitely worth a try.

I purchase lunch weekly for our staff, so we try quite a bit of companies. I usually have everything catered in but due to my daughters enthusiasm for your sandwiches, I thought I'd drive over and pick it up for everyone today. I have to admit, these were some of the best sandwiches we've had to date. The staff expressed have flavorful their sandwiches were and delicious. Not to mention the Chocolate Chip Cookies, WOW... THE BEST I"VE EVER HAD. I wish you were open on the weekends and evenings, but I'll be sure and come by any chance I get off during the week. It's definitely worth the drive to cater these sandwiches to your staff and I'll be ordering again soon. Thanks for your service, kindness, and quality food. AMAZING

Food is amazing one of my favorite places for a sandwich and I’ll always stop by when I’m in the area. The wait times are a little bit long but the food makes the wait well worth it. The staff is super friendly and always do a great job. A little pricier than other shops but the size of the sandwiches makes up for that. Also the lobster bisque is delicious too.
