“We stopped for a quick breakfast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the restaurant felt a bit sticky, with dirty floors, windows, and other surfaces. While the food was decent, the lack of attention to cleanliness took away from the experience. Inexpensive options shouldn’t come at the expense of cleanliness. With a bit more focus on upkeep, this place could be much better.“
“I believe this location turns into TO-GO ORDERS ONLY at night fall. Staff seems too so busy standing around talking but the food itself was good. The area of this location is not the safest so be careful.
Wheelchair accessibility: Its all one level. I am not sure about the bathroom.“
“As usual with other waffle house restaurants, the food was very good.
When we first walked in, though, a manager was screaming at the top of her lungs at an employee saying “no, no, no, no!“ four walking out of the cooking area into the back room. Of course it got everyone’s attention and the employee’s as well. As a guest of the restaurant. I just don’t know that type of correction was necessary and definitely not out front with all the guests.
When seated, we did have to ask repeatedly for refills on all of our drinks, which was a bit of a letdown for a waffle house. From over 20 years of experience with this restaurant chain, that is one Service you could always count on, was quick drink refills. We understand getting and keeping good employees is difficult these days and has been over the last many years.“
“When people ask why I go to Waffle house I say Josh. When people ask why I live my life I say Josh. This man does everything around here. He is the main figurehead for Waffle house. He is a very Jolly man (not referring Santa Clause). Waffle was very delicious. He will serve your food fast and make you happy in every way! He has a very nice trimmed beard. Thank you Josh for the extravagant experience!“
