If you go between a certain times in the middle of the night, you cannot go inside to eat you have to order through a window on the outside and then wait outside while your food is being prepared. They also put on an automatic 15% gratuity for order to the window, and that's the only choices to order the window. Lame. The employees are also not very friendly in the middle of the night.
