We haven’t had this good of an experience at Waffle House in a while. Every other time was good but this time was perfect. Our server Deaire was the sweetest and very attentive, and quick. The food was perfect. Everyone was working hard. We will be back!

Walked in sat down at a table and some YN with ear buds in rudley tells me not to sit there until they have cleaned off the table. I was shocked at his delivery and immediately felt uncomfortable. I've seen him before at another location being rude to customers.

I’ve never been the type to write reviews, but after my experience here, I feel like I have to say something. I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect by restaurant staff in my life. This was supposed to be a simple birthday breakfast for my boyfriend — something we were both looking forward to — and instead it turned into an incredibly uncomfortable and upsetting situation.
From the moment we walked in, the energy was off. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for being there. We were patient, polite, and did nothing to provoke this kind of treatment. It’s honestly shocking how poorly we were treated .
I don’t write this to be petty — I just hope the management sees this and takes it seriously. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated that way, especially when all you’re doing is trying to enjoy a meal.

Good place to eat most of the time the servers are nice, but the portions aren't enough for what you pay small portion of hashbrowns, 2 prices of bacon, 2 pieces of sausage 1 eggs 1 piece of toast cut diagonal 1 waffle $17.00??? Add another hashbrown, sausage, egg and cheese on toast $15.00 +tax are beyond inflated pricing for the lack of customer amounts ⁴service3

I came in today with my mom to grab something really quick. We were craving some of their raisin toast and bacon....we went in and sat down at a open table. No one greeted us or come over to wipe off the table (it was open but still needed cleaning). We sat there for 6 minutes and we had to talk to them to get them to talk to us.....even after that exchange no one came up to us to greet us or ask us if we needed water(they didn't even make eye contact when we said hey). Absolutely insane customer service. My mom and I came a few mornings ago and it was totally different experience the morning staff is much better than the evening staff!
