Let me start by saying if you are going to hook yourself into a hotel probably with some purpose of attracting Buisness travelers you should probably open earlier. 7:00 am is just crazy. I ordered my breakfast as the first patron in your restraunt and had to wait over 35 minutes just to get it. This is rediculous and flat unacceptable. I will not be back.

Should probably take the eggs Benedict off the menu. We barely ate it and thought it was gross. Bread was soggy and the sauce was curdled. My wakey wakey burger was delicious but hard to mess that up.Service was poor for a restaurant like that. I dont think our server smiled once and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.Atmosphere could use some work too. It’s way too dark for a breakfast place and I didn’t like that you could see people working behind the half wall or whatever that was. Just didn’t seem to fit the vibe of the place.Overall, would ultimately recommend going across the street to the Denny’s if you’re staying at the holiday inn.

Good food.. just wish the waiter would have worried about our table just as much as the larger table. Not good for it to take 1.5 hours before your main food arrived.. but could have just been a off night.. still like the place and will go again in the future.

They were very busy and the server seemed a bit unhappy and rushed. The food was okay, but I've definitely had much better experiences at Twisted Tree. The chefs risotto was pesto and tomato and the normal risotto is sooo much better. Typically, they also place my bone marrow butter on my steak so it can melt as I eat, but this time I was brought fully melted side of watery butter in a cup.

We had Brian Davis as our server and he made the entire experience outstanding! To add, the food was amazing. The lobster bisque is my favorite, but the lobster bites and the salad and the steak are all also superb. A wonderful experience overall!!

Good but not as good as in the past! Previous experiences were always 4 or 5 while this dining experience was a bit disappointing. If you are going to charge 5 star prices, the experience needs to be 5 star!

I typically get the halibut or the medallions. Two of my favorite dishes at twisted tree. Last night, the dish came out with a different potato (whole crispy potatoes), which are good but the dish for the last several years is served on top of whipped mashed potatoes. The whole dish tasted different, somewhat bland. I added the waitress if I was crazy or maybe I switched out the potatoes and she said the menu just changed a few days ago. She did bring a side of whipped mashed potatoes, which was very nice, still doesn't have the same blend when it's typically layered: whipped potatoes, spinach, medallions, sauce - they all complement each other. The gal with me had never had the medallions and ordered it - she wasn't as impressed with the potato's, some of them were so crispy you couldn't cut it. First time I've been disappointed with a dish. Maybe in the future if I order this dish I substitute the potatoes. I eat at this establishment several times a month. Will always highly recommend. Only this one time did a dish not wow me!! MEDALLIONS Two 4 oz. beef tenderloin medallions over smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, sautéed spinach & mushroom brandy sauce.

The food and service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary. We had the meatballs as an appetizer along with the salmon and prime rib for dinner. The ambiance needs improvement. The lighting for dinner should be dimmed to give the feeling of privacy and seclusion. The music which was more head banging than easy listening wasn't overly loud but a very odd choice which was distracting.

We enjoyed everything about the Twisted Tree, our table was ready at the time of our reservation. Our Waiter Emily and her Assistant, Grace, were the Best. So attentive from our salad choice to our dinner choices and generous delicious "Wedding Cake" - Birthday Cake TO GO! This was a GREAT experience, and we will definitely return.

Dinner with friends. Fabulous atmosphere and amazing meals and starters. Wonderful wine list. We usually get a bottle but the selections by the glass were so good that we didn't have to share bottle and drink same wine. Restaurant always busy. Servers , bartenders and all staff more than competent and front of house runs a great restaurant.

At a steak house there's an expectation that steaks are cooked to order. One person ordered a medium well stake and received something in-between rare and medium rare. I ordered my steak medium and it came out nearly well done with very little to no pink. They made me a new one and it came out half medium rare half rare. Otherwise everything else was good and I have no complaints. I'd probably come back, but I wouldn't order another steak. At that price point you expect everything to be perfect.

Our server asked if we were there for a special occasion, which we were. We told Alfie it was our anniversary so we were treated to a delicious slice of cake. Salad is one of a kind, everything else was super delicious as well

First time going for a birthday and it surpassed our expectations our server Katie was AMAZING she was very knowledgeable of the menu and even went through it and was giving us recommendations and some of her fave items her energy and personality is beyond this world i can see why they have been voted best steakhouse the prime rib cuts and taste like butter would most definitely recommend going we will be going back right in Katie's section

After we had left we noticed that an order had been modified from an ADD ON to the actual lunch meal (we were wondering why it was served on a bed of fries) which increased our bill by $15. In addition, a steak was sent back because it was done well instead of medium. While we were waiting for the replacement the butter sauce congealed and could not be used. That was an additional $4 that we failed to have replaced or taken off the bill. The waitresses were wonderful but over worked and not attentive.

In this inflationary environment, it is hard to feel like you find value in a good meal but they delivered it. Many of the wine choices were only marked up 20-25% above a retail purchase price where many restaurants are at 100% + markup. The food was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly, come with a side and an excellent salad, all for the $55-$65 range. Apps were great. Cold smoked and then seared ahi tuna was a nice twist on a normal seared ahi preparation and was good.
