The Easter Brunch was a disaster. We had reservations for 11:45, and by 12:15, the all of the food trays were either empty or near empty. The food had not been replenished by 1:00 when we left. Our server was great, but was embarrassed by the lack of food.

Dominic was the best server. The brunch was excellent. We wanted for nothing. This is the 2 nd time we did the Easter buffet. We love coming here for the buffet.

The experience was bad from start to finish. We made a reservation for Easter brunch, and we arrived 5 minutes before our reserved time. We gave our names and were told they would seat us soon. Several other guests were seated as 10 minutes passed. We reminded the host we were there, and then 5 minutes later we were seated. The table was wet and sticky. Our server took our drink orders and our orders for omelets. They also explained where we could find the buffet. We went to the buffet, only to find most of the serving dishes were empty. We headed back to our table to wait for the staff to refill the buffet or for our omelets to come. At this point, we also asked for eating utensils as our server had not provided them. After 10 minutes, we headed back to find that only eggs and bacon had been refilled. We continued to wait. My cocktail nor our omelets also had still not arrived. We made trip #3 to the buffet, and, at long last most of the serving trays had been refilled. The food turned out to be tasty, but it certainly wasn't worth paying $35 a person when the service was so poor. After I asked for my cocktail, it finally arrived. Then it turned out our made-to-order omelets were served to the table behind us! The server also never offered drink refills. What were they doing when all the guests are eating from a buffet? It seems like they should have been able to handle refilling drinks, handing out utensils, and wiping off the tables competently! We did not have the heart to tip poorly, but we have decided we will never eat at Walnut Grill again!!

For a dinner out, this place may be fine, but they do not provide a good brunch buffet. Selection was very low, what was offered was often out as they were unable to keep up with the number of customers dining, and the few items they offered to order with the buffet were not good. Server was nice but had too many tables.

The food was very tasty but it was all cold. Literally nothing was even warm! It was disappointing at best. We come there for many of your holiday buffets but need to think twice next time. Spoke to the waitress and she said yes I know all the food is cold, customers kept commenting. Makes me wonder if any management was going nformd or even thought to test temperatures. The patio was open with the wind blowing in on the food and the stereo cans that was supposed to keep food warm, never happens if they are being blown around. Anyway please let me know when this is addressed before I come back. I should not have paid for that food sense we couldn't really eat much of it. Would love to know how delicious the mushroom chicken could have been if it were warm.

Easter buffet at Walnut Grill was a disaster. Most of the food trays on the buffet were empty the entire time we were there. Our waiter did not tell us we had an option to order omelettes and eggs Benedict from the kitchen. The manager was speaking condescendingly to customers as well as staff. The host and hostess continued to seat customers while fully knowing there was not enough food to feed them. Every paying customer in the restaurant was upset, so the atmosphere was tense and sad. What a horrible way to spend Easter!

Easter Brunch was a horrible experience. The kitchen must have been understaffed. The pans were all empty when we got there. Some were occasionally filled. Some never. Ran out of oj. Waited 10 min for utensils. Prime rib and pork were very good though. Poor waiter did his best. Manager was there but offered no apologies.

This was our first visit to this location. They advertised drinks specials but didn't have any of the ingredients to make them. The drinks we were able to order were good, as was the food. Our server, Terry, was great! Very personable and attentive. Looks like they have a nice outside area, but we didn't sit there.

My sister & I went for dinner Tuesday, 3/26. We got there at 5:30 and I had an appointment at 6:45. We sat at a booth in the bar, which was nice and comfortable. Our server was nice and had no problems with him. About 5:50 we ordered Brussel sprouts, Chicken & Brie quesadilla without chicken (my sister is vegetarian) and the steak special. It took 35 minutes for the food to come out, my steak was cooked right, but there was absolutely no flavor. No butter, garlic, salt and pepper, nothing. I was able to eat the vegetables, but had to box the steak because I had to leave. My sister was about to bite into the quesadilla and I spotted chicken. When the server came back he said he put it in correctly, but will go order another one w/o chicken. By that time, I was about to leave and she asked for it to go. I asked the server for a discount or something for the quesadilla as she would have eaten there if it had been correct the first time. I left and she said the manager removed $10 from her bill. That is great, except she got sick after she got home and ate her dinner. I used to love it there, but this was it for us. So disappointing.

I like the outside feel of the dining room and bar when the weather is good for that. This is a place with class. Great staff and friendly customers. Very clean.

Took 20 mins to get appetizer. Slow service. Messed up my drink. Forgot a drink. Food was bad and over priced. I have better steaks at TGI Fridays. Not worth the money.

Sooo good. I didn't realize it was a chain, but I also ended up not caring. The drinks were awesome. Our food was awesome. The End.

Service is very good, not busy here on a Friday night, but maybe because the food is just mediocre. Steaks are medium rare, not medium; food is warm, not hot; baked potato tastes like it's been sitting awhile. Overpriced for mediocre quality. Ambiance is ok...music kinda loud considering the place is empty, at least the TV's have the basketball game on!

If you get the chance to visit this restaurant, please do. This is an upscale American fare eatery. The atmosphere, service and food is excellent. Yes, you will pay more, but you will also receive larger portions. We started with the Spinach & Artichoke dip.I had the steak salad. The steak was juicy, with enough to have a portion in almost every bite. The wife had the Cobb salad. There was so much, that she took half of it home. She also had the French Onion soup.Next time I recommend getting half salad and half soup.
