Pretty dang good, especially for being in Saint Louis. I didn't know we had a Chinese bakery here, so I gorged when I found out, lol. First, since I was sick when I ordered delivery, I had their hot and sour soup. Admittedly it was a bit more bitter than sour compared to what I'm used to, but it still hit the spot & helped clear my sinuses out. I had their beef chow fun--the first time I've found this in St Louis ever!--and it was fantastic. I love this dish so much that I make it all the time, and they nailed it. Honestly, it was better than the beef chow fun I ordered in Queens and NYC all the time when I lived there. They nailed this dish! Lastly, I tried their duck. Don't be put off by the prices; their portions are HUGE. I ordered the medium and I swear three pounds of meat arrived at my door. It was tender and delicious, but I admit that the sauce was SUPER hoisin-heavy and a little underwhelming because of it.
Altogether, 5 stars. It's great having a Chinese bakery option in the city!

Great food and people.
If you ask for a pound and get 1lb 2oz, it's okay. Worse has happened

I moved away from the STL area 10 years ago and have lived in major cities in a couple other states. After moving, I found that no American Chinese food hits like St. Louis, it’s all so bland and flavorless. Back in town for a visit and got food from this place for the first time and WOW this may be the best Chinese food I’ve had. It’s everything I remember about STL Chinese food but better. I don’t usually get General Tso’s chicken because it’s basic but I was craving it and omg it was so good. It had a good amount of spice in a tangy sweet sauce that tasted nothing like your basic General Tso’s in the best way. My husband got bbq pork lo mein and it was also delicious with the best smoky sweet bbq pork. I will order from here any time I am back in town! I can’t wait to try their baked goods!

Considering there is not many Chinese restaurants in St Louis (we are from Chicago) this place does give a variety of bakery, BBQ, and chop suey. It is okay.. we came at 4pm. Bbq and bakery I believe at most places are heated up and fresh when they are in am
I love Chinese baked goods BECAUSE of Wei Hong! I've been going to the location in the county for years, and I just learned about this location yesterday! The woman who waited on us was super fast! At one point she brought out a fresh sheet of scallion ham rolls so I shared one of those with my sister in the car lol. Great variety, great service and very affordable! I only spent $25 on 10 items! I can't recommend Wei Hong enough! Also, as far as savory food goes, the salt and pepper shrimp of everything!

Strictly to-go orders only. The dining area is closed off. Have some pre-packaged dim sum and a display case of baked goods.
Was told 35 minutes for my order and still waiting for my order an hour later. Forget about getting an itemized receipt. The lady just gives you a total and you pay and go.
The Singapore noodles were a miss. The #01 congee (lean pork with century eggs) hit the spot although more watery than expected. The char siu was pretty good. Egg tarts did not have the classic flaky crust but the filling was still tasty.

Drove by one day and saw that they were a bakery, I had to turn around and try. I have now gone out of my way to go back again. I love the sesame balls the red and green bean. So crispy without being greasy, the best. Also the egg tart is delicious.
The prices are reasonable the sesame balls and the egg tarts are around $2 each.
The woman who works there is very polite and attentive.

Food too salty! We ordered medium spicy shrimp with shell on, roasted duck, pork, chicken & pepper steak, we had to throw them away!

I don't know why they call it a bakery, because there was nothing in the display case. The place is filthy, with a dirty floor and dim lighting. The inside is disorganized, and there's no seating--it honestly feels like part of the space has been turned into a daycare. The duck in the case looked awful, and the area behind the register was also disgusting. How can they expect people to eat here? The service was terrible--I waited 30 minutes just to be acknowledged at the register, and there were only four customers at 4 pm. After waiting so long with no one at the register, I decided to walk out.

1st timers. We had the beef broccoli, chicken mixed vegetables, steamed pot stickers, crab rangoon, pork fried rice and egg rolls. My wife and I believe this was the best Chinese food we've had in STL. It's carry out only. Our order could have fed 6 people, but we wanted to try variety so we went big. The pot stickers are THE BEST I've ever had. Thick fresh dumplings, perfectly spiced, delicious red meat blend, and awesome sauce. All of it was really, really good!
