Wendy's had alright food but restaurant was dirty and poorly kept, bathroom once I got to use it when the worker brought the key was terrible.

Tried multiple times through drive through and door dash and they always end up missing fries a Burger or a whole drink if it's in doordash. The kitchen seems too busy talking to each other rather focusing on what their job is.

I feel bad for the guys working tonight, they were slammed and understaffed. I waited over 40mins in drive through for a door dash order because the lobby was locked. These guys did not even get breaks.

Ordered a large diet Dr. Pepper at drive thru, didn’t hear the price because a big truck went by on Lindbergh. When l got to the window it was $3.22. I had seen commercials saying Wendy’s has dollar drinks and l questioned the girl at the window. She got really mad and told me “that this price ended over a month ago!” I paid and left, l’ve only been to Wendy’s twice since you opened this location because it’s not close to my house. And you better believe I will never be back! I am not a disruption of her job l am the reason for her job and if people ask all day long about why it’s not a dollar etc. answer the question with out the attitude!

Very Petty People work here I mean ...the nerve of them questioning if someone is trying to get free food..when they clearly are incompetent of being accurate with your order....I went there one night and the crew was decent....however wen coming the next couple of days back to see if I could get my replacement for inaccurate order the Manager(Black woman with Locks) acted as if I had a reason to be in there trying to get a free sandwich or something...it was embarrassing and Made me feel offended The Fact that it's 2024...and people are still this petty...I'm in total disbelief and shock...But it gave me a Good reason not to ever stop at that Wendy's Again....losers....✨😜 U are as u behave...I could Never Act like this over Fast food ..🖖🏾

This is by far the cleanest and greatest staff at any Wendy's I've seen. They are patient, kind, and keep this place extremely clean. My wife and I drive from Troy once a week to just eat here. Owners need to definitely give staff a raise. I do not work here or have family that does. Just appreciate great service in a clean environment
