Very nice and modern interior. Too bad it was closed at 6pm with no sign saying why, when the sign even says the dinning area close at 10pm. Had to go through the drive through to get my order. Furthermore, staff had a bad attitude. No smile, no “ok” or “hold on a second”. Just rudely walk away to get your order. The entire crew needs to be replaced. As for the food, the bottom bun of a burger was rock hard.

Absolutely terrible service. A bunch of clowns working there. Ordered our food ahead of time, absolutely dead restaurant but they still didnt have it ready. Blank stares the whole time. Never going here again.

The person at the drive through window tonight was incredibly rude, my order was wrong twice and after they tried to fix it twice I just thought forget it and went home. If I gotta pay $35 bucks for two combos and two 4 pieces, they should try and get it right.

The salad was bland nasty
All advertising says they’re open until 2AM. I pull in at 1AM and they say they won’t accept my order. Super disappointing as all I thought about on my 12 hour shift as a first responder is how much a Spicy Chicken Sandwich would hit the spot

I stopped by to get dinner at 1:15 in the morning after my shift. I had ordered on the app. When I pulled through the drive-through, I was told they were no longer taking orders, even though the store closes at 2 AM. I informed them that I had already placed an order on the app so they told me to move forward. It took 20 minutes to get my meal. They got it wrong the first time. The girl who was taking orders, obviously was not happy to be there and just wanted to leave. as I was driving out and took a drink of my soda, it was all carbonation. I decided it just wasn’t worth it to go back that night or probably over again.

Worst experience ever. The service at this location just continues to plummet over time. I have officially marked it off our list for good. We went there Saturday night Nov 8th thru drive. There were 4 of us. I ordered my food and asked for a coke. The lady yelled they didn’t have coke. I said it’s on your menu? She said we don’t have it right now. So I said no drink then. She snaps a total. I said wait I have more orders. So I start saying the next one…she cuts me off with questions. I don’t say anything. She snaps a total. I said maam I have more orders! I then said I want a big bacon classic with pickle and….she cuts me off again. Single! Double! Or triple!? I said maam. I’m trying to give you my order. Stop cutting me off and rushing my order. She yelled “I have to know what size before I can put anything else!” I said “well then talk to me like a person and don’t keep yelling!” We finally got our orders…the fries were stone cold. The burgers tasted like they had been left on the grill 10 minutes too long. Dry and burnt…. And the soda they did have was flat. I should note we were the only car in drive and there was one customer inside. So they weren’t slammed

You would think they are building cars on an assembly line. But an assembly line probably would be faster
Can't rate the food when I never got it. Ordered at 6pm and still never got my food and I wait until 6:40pm. Someone cut me off in the drive thru and threw something at my car. And yes, they were served before me when I ordered ahead of time and cars after me in the drive thru were served first. The lady said she would bring my food out, again never did.

its fast food so you get the quality and service you expect. the main reason for lower star rating is the womens bathroom was disgusting. all the water from the sink just drained onto the floor. and it smelled like a horse stable.

Order the Baconator sandwich and it literally came with two small tiny pieces of bacon, called the place to try and fix it and the manager said it comes with four pieces. She wouldn’t do anything to help out or make it right, they also failed to give me my receipt like most of these places do.

When they get busy they get lazy and stop making half the orders after taking your money. It’s ridiculous
