Plaxed an order at 11:16, 11:38 still nothing. When I asked for my money back the manager came out, snapped her fingers and yelled at a worker like they were a dog. Then proceeded to pass the blame on everyone on why service was so slow. Carla seemed very unprofessional.

The absolute slowest fast food place I have ever been to in my entire life. Although the food did come out fresh it took me 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Will not go back there and will not recommend it to anybody that I know ever!

Extremely poor and slow service. Somehow 6 people in the back managed to put 1 person through the drive thru about once every 8 minutes. Genuinely the worst run fast food joint I have ever seen.

Service absolutely sucks at this location, the workers are always high and are too busy joking around to get an order made in under 25 minutes for pickup on the mobile app. I placed a 3 combo order and it took them at least 25 minutes to get it put together and they kept complaining that it was a $38 order, and thats why it took so long to make, and they had 5 people working, and only 4 of them were actually doing something to make the order. Definitely order somewhere else, you'll get better service, better food, and less wait time. The owner needs to clean house and get new staff. Plus the staff was using foul language the whole time. Ridiculous.

Thanks for the very bottom of the barrel customer service and food that you prepared. French toast sticks burnt and nothing on my maple bacon chicken croissant sandwich w/ an egg added. You were paid extra for the egg. You left everything off but this dry piece of chicken.Took one bite and spitted it out. Unfortunately I was already at my destination and could not come back…SMH
