Horrible, horrible, horrible it's crazy to me how RUDE you can be to a paying customer to rush someone through the line because YOUR times are bad and you have to fix them??? That's on you. Not me. Lucky that it was a gift card cuz I wouldn't have spent my money there. Anyways if I could give a 0 star review this would be the place I left it. We have trouble ordering a lot of places we go and they made it easy the girl took control of what we needed from each person she probably didn’t want to mess it up so she gave us the sauce and stuff on the side so we can make our own. Oct 21, 2024 . I have a sore throat and was very thirsty , I asked for LITE ICE 4x . The lady put 4x the ice in my cup and didnt give me a straw??♀️ shes extremely unqualified for that position wendys . Make her clean ?

The hiring manager needs to be fired. One missed/messed up order is understandable but 2 within a few days during different shifts is unaccepting. First time both sandwiches were wrong. There's no excuses for an asiago to be missing both cheese and bacon9/26 via doordash.9/30 ordered basically the same at 1a. and they gave me the bag with a sandwich missing and needed to knock on the window in which they said your other sandwich is coming up but passes it off as if my order was completed COVID is over there's no need to deal with mediocre employees

I sat for 10 minutes at the Wendy’s after preordering my meal. Then when I tried to come in the doors were locked and they told me it was drive through only. When I went through the drive through I waited another 5 min before Tammy at the front said “are you just gonna sit there or will you pull up.” I recommend skipping breakfast over coming here. I rarely call the manager and I did on this one. She apologized glibly.
