I had a big order in the driveway, and the Manager told me, I shouldn't order in the drive thru with a big order. Because I was holding up her line.
I apologized and told her I can come in next time
But I didn't like that she was rude about it and she didn't know my situation or if I was disabled. The gentleman that took my order was very polite.

Never got my order taken at the speaker. Pulled to the window and the crew member and the mgr with the long dreads refused to take my order, told me to pull back around and to move out of the line or they would call the police. If the crew had just said just a minute I would’ve been ok with that. But she reflected her leader in the moment. I will be reaching out to the GM or higher.

Lines will be long but food is guaranteed to be fresh and delicious I love this location baked potatoes…….. they cook them all the way not hard or undercooked like most

Great service, great food! This location stays busy due to fresh hot food and exceptional customer service! I've never gotten cold, old food from here and if anything is wrong, they fix it asap. I'm confused by the reviews, this places stays packed!

Everytime I order here from DoorDash I never ever get all my food. I’m a content creator and I really wanted to review the Wendy’s Wednesday meal and they didn’t give me any of the sauce like what was the point of the meal without the sauce. When I tried to review the SpongeBob meal same thing no sauce on my burger. I’ve even went inside and tried to order and was told they only except cash no cards. Also it’s been times I’ve went inside and the cashier was rude don’t speak stand at the cash register with an attitude store filthy. I’m so tired of this store it don’t make no sense please get some new employees and new managers and I will be reviewing this store on my TikTok @ciaramariewhalen please come watch and see for yourself I will not be getting nothing from this store again today was the last straw

Everything was cooked to perfection.
I placed a order here and was charged for food on the kiosk in the restaurant was told I was not charged I did not receive the food it took a month to receive a food coupon reimbursement from Wendy's corporate for the food I didn't receive, went today to use the coupon and the food looked a mess. Wendy's on West Florissant do better. I am thankful I receive something back for being charged for something I did not receive but it should not have not took a month. This was my experience here yours may be different.

Despite it being busy with a drive thru line and indoor, they powered thru all the customers and making customers use the kiosk (which is good because let the workers focus on handling the food quicker). Inside was clean, and the restrooms. No complaints, best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a while.

I was hungry after my shift at work, so I placed an online order, and paid online, at around 11pm. When I arrived at 11:15, there were a few other cars in line, so I sat and waited for nearly a half hour, at which point the other cars got frustrated and left, since no one was taking their order or saying anything. However, I stuck it out a little longer, because I had already paid, so I at least wanted my money back. They never did talk to me, eventually I got frustrated and knocked on the drive-thru window, at the employees that were clearly inside. When they saw that I could see them, they just walked out of view and ignored me.
Absolutely ridiculous.
