Worst place ever. I wasted money. They charged me for 4 frosted then proceeded to tell me they don’t have any cups in the store. Did not give me a refund nor replaced any of it. Very unsatisfied. What type of place charges for something they know they don’t have then does not have an accommodation or gives refunds.

They close early
When I ordered my breakfast burrito it was wrapped wrong and I had to rewrap it. They put the wrong meat on my burrito and a drink I wanted was not available.

Was told what I could order. Seem rushed and rude.food was cold and handed out the windows, no repeat of order, no thank, no speak at all. This happens many times at this location. How will this location stay in business

I have experienced terrible customer service at this location twice in a row. I ordered online one evening and waited 20 minutes to clock out for lunch at work, which is only 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, I ended up being 5 minutes late returning to work because my order was not prepared. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, the employee threw it at me at the counter, alarming all the other customers present. She was abrasive from the moment I spoke with her at the register, even though I had not done anything to provoke such a nasty attitude.
Additionally, about two days ago, my coworker visited this location to pick up an order, and when he returned to work to eat, he discovered that all three of his burger patties were pink throughout.
Tonight, as I am writing this review, I placed an order on DoorDash just 50 minutes before closing time. However, I was informed at 11:30 that they were closing and that I needed to cancel my order online. I will never return to this location again.

Ordered my food online for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready, but when I walked in, the employee servicing people at the counter seemed as if she had better things to do. I should have checked my burger, but I just wanted to make sure that I had the 2 fries in there that were ordered. I get back to work and there's mayo on it when I asked for none. 🫠

Stopped for breakfast twice this week and no one answers the drive thru. I was there at 7 both mornings. Not unreasonable to just answer

Ordered two large #8 meals. Asiago ranch chicken sandwiches. Food was like lukewarm, no ranch, no cheese, and they added a ton of mayonnaise. I didn’t need them to remake it or anything, but the fries didn’t even have salt on them! No, not a little bit - none. Literally fries without salt. Chicken sandwich made entirely wrong.
The staff were moving so slow it was almost infuriating, and no I don’t mean like I expect them to be running and serving you with a Michelin star rating. I mean they would walk to the register and turn around then come back 10 minutes later to take your order.
Half the staff were visibly on drugs, when we walked out the front door there was a staff member there smoking a cigar literally a foot away with a headset on. Gross, don’t need to smell that. Their eyes were red, their mannerisms were off, they didn’t have proper coordination, list goes on.
There was an older woman working the register that I assume has just given up because she’s nice if you treat her like a human being which you absolutely should!
Outside of that, just a really overall disappointing and distasteful experience I had here.

Tiffany and her night crew last night were totally unprofessional. They got both my orders wrong. Laughed at me for asking questions. Very rude and dismissive. Went through drive thru and because they got my orders wrong, I still had to go in to get the food fixed. In person, she still didn't give me what was supposed to be on my food. Then I had to ask again and she laughed and said when I was walking out, she said goddammit really loud.

Ordered my meal online using the app, but still had to wait a lil minute when I got to the drive thru window. Butt food was hot and delicious so I was cool!

The drive-thru person needs to be retrained, not very good at active listening, or managing multiple tasks. Received the wrong food in our bag. Poor form, do better.

Born & raised North County been going here since before I could drive myself here and after my last experience I am not going back. There were two younger girls in the drive through who made a rude prejudice comment and I asked for extra sauce on my nuggets and instead got a garlic Parmesan chicken nugget soup that leaked all over my leather seat. Finger picture for sauce depth. Lmfao this place is a joke and the integrity of some of the workers is shameful. If I wanted racism I would’ve gone on the other side of the bridge and if I wanted soup I would have gone to Panera bread. Shame on you.

Unbelievably bad experience. Not a single employee could be helpful, the order that took over 15 minutes to get while standing in the lobby came wrong, and I watched the cashier arguing with the person in front of me, only for the manager to come and tell her she was wrong. 0/10 service, will never go back.
Besides employees having attitudes and talking bad to each other, this is how my salad came. I can deal with some customer service hiccups but come on now. At least the food wasn’t old.
