Lady at the drive thru was friendly and professional but the chili was bland and had a strange watered down consistency. Worst that I can remember having at a Wendy's and i usually like the chili. The double stack I had didnt taste quite right either..less flavor than usual.

One of the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced. Customer service was 1/10, half the doors were locked and half open because there were only 2 people working there.
All that was great compared to the lady working at the counter that literally ignored me for 10 min. Thanks a lot, gota love spending 15 min to wait in line, when I'm the only one there.
I felt like I was bothering them.

Just went to Wendy’s on Paige and ordered A medium fry and a side cup of sausage gravy. Employee comes to the window and tells me it’s almost $8. I said I get this every day it’s $3.38. She then says to me “well next time you need to be more clear, she tells me be specific and tell the person that you don’t want biscuits and gravy and fries and the whole meal”
I said, excuse me ma’am all I said was a medium fry and a side cup of sausage gravy, she said you did not you wanted the whole meal and that’s what we made she said “all because you cant be clear on what you are ordering”
I thought are you kidding me this lady is going to fight with me at 7 AM in the morning over fries and gravy very unprofessional very rude and there was a coworker who came up to stand next to her looking at her smiling embarrassed, trying to tell her by the look she was giving her on her face to get her to shut up, but she didn’t. The other employee just stared at her like what are you doing?
I finally had to just drive off with “nothing.” The worst service and the worst adult lady who is incredibly disrespectful? No one should ever go to the Wendy’s on Paige Avenue their service is absolutely terrible, unprofessional, unacceptable, and disrespectful. I waited 15 minutes for NO FOOD. Only just to be argued with and told this is what I ordered. This is what I’m paying for and then ended up with nothing. She wouldn’t even offer to fix it. It was what she prepared. That’s what I was paying for end of story. When in all reality I ordered medium fry and a side cup of sausage gravy. I had to drive away with no food unbelievable and 20 minutes of my morning wasted at 7 AM on the way to work never again.!

The food was fresh and good. They bagged all our meals nicely and the lady taking our orders was super nice and patient while our 4 year old was ordering. The place was very clean and they were actively cleaning as we came in. I wish I got the lady at the counter’s name so I could shout her out! We are from Ohio and this is our first Wendy’s in Missouri and it’s the best one I’ve ever been too. I’m very glad our hotel is close because this is the Wendy’s we will go to while we are here!

Soons I come in store, it’s a bunch of kids talking and playing. No customer service or acknowledgement what so ever. Some un groomed man that seemed to be a manager because of his different shirt color dis not address the non sense going on. I walked right back out!
