Lady at the drive thru was friendly and professional but the chili was bland and had a strange watered down consistency. Worst that I can remember having at a Wendy's and i usually like the chili. The double stack I had didnt taste quite right either..less flavor than usual.

The food was fresh and good. They bagged all our meals nicely and the lady taking our orders was super nice and patient while our 4 year old was ordering. The place was very clean and they were actively cleaning as we came in. I wish I got the lady at the counter’s name so I could shout her out! We are from Ohio and this is our first Wendy’s in Missouri and it’s the best one I’ve ever been too. I’m very glad our hotel is close because this is the Wendy’s we will go...

Ordered my food online for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready, but when I walked in, the employee servicing people at the counter seemed as if she had better things to do. I should have checked my burger, but I just wanted to make sure that I had the 2 fries in there that were ordered. I get back to work and there's mayo on it when I asked for none. 🫠
