The guy who took are order was great. But the dining room was trash. No tables clean trash on the floor. Bathrooms were not stocked. Many workers in the lobby not doing anything. Felt gross to eat food in this establishment and won't be back.

The service is very good with a positive, helpful attitude. We had 2 trays, and the counter person picked up one for me. The food was hot and fast. I got the Cobb salad, and it was better than many places I had it before. It was bitterly cold outside, but we sat at a place with warmth the whole time. Handicapped parking and restrooms were available.

Stopped by for a quick lunch of the Dave's single burger and a drink..... it was a 2 for 7 special. I went through drive thru and they had not done the deal, so when I asked at the window they had to correct my ticket, happens just didn't ring up right ? Unfortunately no, the young lady at the window told me that I had to ask for the special when ordering....... its on the sign out front and the street sign, but I should have asked. We'll thanks goodness I learned that They were pretty comfortable charging me 6.91 for each burger, and they taught me a valuable lesson on customer service... you have to be a perfect customer to get any form of service

Worst fast food experience in the past 5 years. Left out burger and baconator fries were covered with burnt bacon. Thankfully kids food was ok. Based on wait, staff attitude, and the fact that they didn't know what the order was, we chose not to go back... ever.

worker was on front line flipping his hair wiped his face with back of his hand rubbing hand on clothes. when I told manager she immediately made worker wash hands had food recook and watch worker do the same thing had him to wash again....worker was upset but no one wants your germs hair dandruff in their food.

Horrible service. Very slow af. They don’t listen. I asked to ranch on my sandwich and he gave me a side of ranch which is not the same. Took me 20 to get my food on the inside. And they have no way to print out a receipt. Not coming back. Not worth the value menu for the crap slow service.

Waited fifteen mins- one car at store and one car behind me in drive through. The lady finally came and gave me a half mixed cold cream coffee and no straw. Closed window- left again. Finally she threw my two sandwiches and a straw in bag and handed out window. No receipt- no sorry- terrible service.
