I have never in my life had a White Castle burger that I did not like until today. These onions came off of three burgers that is way too many not to mention they were raw and crunchy. The buns are supposed to be nice and steamed these were not they were not cooked correctly or they were just in a hurry to get them off the grill to get them out the window I would have rather waited for the burgers to get done.

If you lose your family fantasy football league and have to buy White Castles for everyone and then sit on the floor, this is a good location. There was plenty of room in the clean dining room and all the food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and accomodating!

Every time we place a mobile order with White Castle, our order gets screwed up. Placed a mobile order to pick up at the location on South Lindbergh. We arrived; still had to wait 20 minutes. And after going up to the counter, they couldn't even find our order very disappointed in the service; food was good as usual.

Well, it's white castle, so it's always good. But, I really wanted some cheese sliders and instead they gave me chicken sliders. I was so bummed, but I live 15 minutes away, so I was stuck with chicken.
This store can’t even get my order correct. Employees have bad attitudes and no effort to try at their jobs.

There were attitudes flying as soon as you walked to the counter no one acknowledged that you were there they looked at you and kept doing what they were doing. The one young lady with the burgundy hair was very disrespectful and mouthy she had something to say with an attitude every time she spoke. The service was horrible you waited a long time for your food and then when you got it your order wasn’t right and the food was very untasty the bread was soggy and the sandwiches were very dry. I will not ever eat there again!!!!
