The lady working the drive through on her Sunday was so sweet. Order was right and ready fast. We never have problems with this White Castle after church. Staffed correctly for the traffic.

We ordered 6 white castles and they were cold in spots like they weren't cooked all the way. I asked for mustard and got everything but mustard including honey mustard. We went through the drive thru and it just seemed the employees were busy doing other stuff like talking or on their phones and didn't even listen to our request. We felt like we were cut off mid sentence and like we were being rushed. Had they have actually listened it would have been a much better experience.Parking: They have a big parking lot so parking wouldn't be a problem.

We love White Castles but have been repeatedly disappointed with this store. We've had items (that we were charged for) missing from our orders 3 of the last 5 times we've been to this location (drive-thru). They've also repeatedly refused to make the 1921 sliders when ordered.
