New review... It's just not the same. In drive-thru, the guy tells me that there's a 10-minute wait because 3 doordash orders are ahead of you and you'll have to wait. Didn't even take my order. Not going back, even after weekly for a lot of years. Old review... I go weekly. Normally hot and order filled properly. Over the years, they've run out of seasonally items more often then I'd like, but the staff has always been above average and friendly. If you like White Castles, you'll be happy here. If you like the burgers of 20 years ago, try sliders with extra onions. I like extra pickles too. Try it.

The male brown-bearded manager was terrible to me refusing to let me take shelter from the cold storm just because I didn't buy any food... yet! I had the money; but he gave me a hostile attitude embarrassing me in front of other customers. I was nearly frozen waiting for my hands to thaw in like 5 minutes, so that I can use my phone to order food. I was once a valuable customer, but now, they lost me for good. If I have any advice for the higher- ups of White Castle. I would tell them to fire that manager for not being patient enough to allow me to warm up to order food, and tell them that the customer is always #1 especially during inclement weather.

Went in at 2:30 to get lunch and the lady taking the orders was so rude, talking over me, didn’t get order right, tried to charge me extra for a separate order but I only made one order, so I just drove away. She made the location lose money today.

Over $20 for 8 cold, nasty cheeseburgers, 2 orders of limp fries and 2 drinks. Disgusting. 🤮 Never again.
Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after watching all the cats in front of me get their food. I go inside and they say there closed even though the sign says 24 hours: I understand things happen but you have people waiting in your drive thru for nothing. I will never come to this place again. I professional and wasted mine and other people’s time.
