Not very friendly. Came to pick up an online order. I just stood there at the register while workers just stared at me. Only worried about the drive thru. Also, dont eat the chicken sandwiches. Been sick for hours.

Normally it’s not bad but not good, just kinda meh. On my last visit the food was really dry like it was sitting out for a while, I got chicken and waffles and the waffle was burnt to hell.

Went thru drive thru there was only 3 vehicles ahead of me. However it took forever to get my food. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Thought about going inside but figured only 3 people I'll be good but I was wrong.

I can’t see how this establishment is still in business. It was the worst experience I ever had at any fast food restaurant. I’m not one that writes reviews but the public needs to know how horrible this white castles is and how they treat their customers. They do not care what so ever and was very unsanitary. I watched an employee text with her gloves on while preparing food 🤮 and they also forgot about my order but that was probably a blessing bc I’m pretty sure I would’ve been sick if I ate that. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
The guy thought i said a small for 6 is 3.76 with tax a 12 piece is 4.30 with tax yea I'll take the 12 thanks
