Drive thru is very slow, especially at night. So if you want late night munchies, then expect to wait about 20-30 mins for your food. Also, some of the workers have very poor attitudes. I get you don't like your job...but things run alot smoother if there is at least a SOMEWHAT pleasant atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps to ente store. Also the bathroom stall is wheelchair accessible...at least the men's.

Rude front service. Went in to the lobby area to order a sack of cheeseburgers with my dad for breakfast on our way leaving St Louis (0730am). When we ordered we asked for ketchup to be added to the burger. We know white castle does not automatically add ketchup so ask for it and all locations before this one would add it on. This time we watched the worker making our order and he did not add it. We reminded him that we ordered it with ketchup. He said they don't add it. We informed him usually when asked for it it is added. Then he told us it was out and just added the ketchup to the bag. He could of just informed us it was out when we asked for it and it would be fine. Instead he was rude and showed he just doesn't care.

Tonight I had the unfortunate chance of visiting this location. One of the few places open at this hour. I placed a very simple order, yet somehow was refused service by the person at the window because he gave the order away to the next person, or whatever mistake he made. It’s unfortunate that tonight I go home hungry because this one person refused to make up for his simple mistake. Sad world when the customer is wrong or has to beg.

I came at 10:50 on Monday 12/23 and my order wasn’t taken until 11:15 The woman working stated she was the only person on shift for the evening.
How absurd. They need to staff better or have others from different locations pick up at this store. Consider your workers feelings and wellbeing. That woman should not be the only person working an evening shift at a 24/7 restaurant! Especially during the HOLIDAY!
