Kid-friendliness: Employees were great but the area had people out and about and the neighborhood wasn't all that great just the vibe wasn't good at all.

How is it that’s it’s NOBODY IN THE DRIVE THRU OR ! INSIDE and I was told to hold on a sec… That second turned into D*+!’ near 20 min in the drive thru then never came back once I asked several times “excuse me how much longer I have to wait”. Pull around its workers in there but DOING WHAT !? Because it ain’t working

Gotta love my sliders and of course in order of cheese sticks and fried mushrooms! The fish sandwiches and coffee are also really good! The chocolate milkshakes are a little expensive, but the taste and quality makes up for it. Another one of my favorites there! The employees and service in general has been really well every time I've visited White Castle and also at any of the multiple locations!
Parking: There's plenty of parking spots!

This review has two parts. I placed an online order early morning on 10/31. Arrived at the restaurant and they were closed so to speak. I spoke with the manager and she explained that it was just her and she was waiting on her help to come. However, she fixed my order for me with a smile and wished me a great day and I did her as well. Later in the afternoon, I placed another online order for onion rings and a peach tea. I got there and they didn’t have any onion rings. :( The same manager asked me what else would I like and I just told her cheese fries. Unbeknownst to me she put two orders of cheese fries in my bag. Once again, all of this was done with a smile and an apology. My fries were good and hot! This was AMAZING customer service both times! I appreciate it very much. I hope she sees this review! I was the one with the Halloween tutu on! :) Thanks again!

I placed my order online last night at 6:20p.m. and the app said it would be ready at 6:37p.m. I stay 4 blocks away I arrive at 6:30p.m. to pay ! I wait 5 minutes at the counter for my order to be paid for ! Now it’s 6:35p.m. I’m thinking I’m about to get my food nope another 25minutes to wait while she gave the person in front of me her manager’s discount! No apology or accommodation for the additional wait ! What’s the sense in ordering ahead ? Then when you pull up there’s several unsavory characters by the door to get in and leave out! Then there’s so many flies in the dining area ! I also noticed the young man who was working drive thru/ front cash didn’t wash his hands he just put the really thin gloves on and started handling food very unsanitary ! I really use to like this location but you all have let me down and lost my service! Below is a picture of cheese slices sitting on the counter where their bare hands be so unsanitary!
