If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have tried this location 3 times & I really try to not come back but it's on my daughter's way to school & sometimes as a treat, we stop for food. In the mornings, there are always 2 older black women & both of them are extremely rude. I understand they may be short staffed or maybe even tired of working. I get it, I'm tired of working too but please do not have attitudes with your customers especially when they're trying to treat you with kindness. Sometimes they're moving so fast, multi tasking that when they ask you a question, you can't hear, now they have an attitude. I normally do online orders & most of the time it's not even ready when I get there. Today, I will admit that I got there ahead of time. No problem, when I pulled in the drive thru she was very rude, saying we just got it, it's not ready which I already knew. I wasn't mad but just the way she said it. Pulled up, no good morning or nothing. They also never follow your special request but I didn't even make a fuss. I asked for bottom buns only, they didn't do it. I asked for plain sliders (no onions, no pickles) as it was for my dog, they had onions on the bread...again no big deal because I took the bread off but what if it was for someone who was allergic to onions. The meat was either sitting there for awhile or over cooked on the edges because they were hard & the cheese on my doubles, barely melted. So maybe they were rushing because I arrived early. No thank you, no have a good day...I get tired of spending my money on rude customer service & mediocre food. I hope the manger sees this & have a meeting or if one of the women working is the manager then you really need to check yourself. No one wants to be greeted with rudeness at 7:40am.

A lil bit of Everything

I was picking up something quick to eat the window person was nice and it took awhile for my onion rings to be ready but when I arrived at work i was highly disappointed my bread on my double cheese burger slider's was hard and the chicken sandwich was dry I asked for no pickles on everything so I wondered was the chicken sandwich supposed to have pickles on it to make it juicy ? trust I will not be getting that anymore.

Eat here if you if you want diarrhea, the staff is rude. They wont let you use the bathrooms unless you buy something either which is annoying. The only self serve soda machine doesn't work either and hasn't for way too long.

I'm serious about the diarrhea thing too, all 4 times ive gone messed my stomach up.

I don't fault the people here at all—they are working their tails off—but the staffing is so inadequate to handle the demand that service is slow and error-prone. I was greeted immediately upon entering on Saturday morning and placed a simple breakfast order—2 breakfast sliders, 2 breakfast toast sandwiches, 1 hash browns, period. It took several minutes for my order to come out, and while I waited, I had to listen to constant shouting from behind the counter, confirming and checking orders, many of which were for the drive-through window. Again, I don't fault the the people; they seemed overwhelmed. I almost walked out. When I did get my order and got it home, the 2 sandwiches and the hash browns were hot and tasty, but the 2 breakfast sliders were MIA. I wasn't about to drive back for a couple of sliders.

This could be a great location if they had enough staffing, but they seem to be making their money by stiffing the customers and overworking their employees. I guess this is the future of fast food when the minimum wage is over $15. How many sliders do they have to sell in an hour to cover that kind of overhead?
