When they said GrubHub could pick up inside, I was excited to not deal with their drive thru lines. I should've known better. This young lady tells me that she has to walk off with my phone after pushing way too many buttons already, so she can type something in. NO OTHER WHITE CASTLE HAS DONE THIS TO ME! Well, Im not about to take that kind of security risk with my phone and identity. So, I said "No, I don't know you like that." She hands back my phone telling me "Bye then". She may very well be a trust worthy person, but I CANNOT KNOW THAT! Especially when they're the only WC to try that. Watch yourselves around this store or go somewhere else.

Sometimes, when the line outside is long, you can get faster service going inside. This place is always clean.
Original sliders were hot but had no onions.The cashier at the window did not utter one word. No, "would you like any condiments" or "thank you have a nice day".

Beautiful restaurant like most and when the food you want is available it taste pretty good. But the workers need Jesus. If you don’t wanna work there just quit. I understand you might have problems hearing people but just tell corporate you need a better speaker don’t yell and be disrespectful to people who food you have to make.Vegetarian options: They never have the veggie patties any more. Every time I go they are all out.
