Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response; was just trying to pick up a mobile order. Had to go inside, the children working acted like they couldn't tie their own shoes. Used to live in the area a few years ago, stopped coming for this reason, stopped in to see that nothing has changed; why is it still open? Put in a restaurant that actually serves customers.

The wait was horrific a hour wait for them to cook and ejaculate into the burgers they prepared for delivery. Am beyond disgusted and I really hope something gets done about this issue period. It's just wrong

This location is horrible. I LOVE white castle. But I wasted my money and time at this location. I will never visit here again and that sucks as it is the closest to my work. The food was NASTY. Hard bread weird taste in the meat. The employees have no kind of care as to what they are doing not kind and the amount of time I waited for 2 burgers was past ridiculous. If you like to waste money then by all means visit this location. If you are like me and like your hard earned money, tired of poor service, poor quality of food and having young and older people rude then please skip this location all around.

Drove from Oklahoma to Chicago (born n raised) so of course I had to stop for some sliders..taste just as I remembered they would very delicious..ended up taking a crave case and a sack of chicken rings back home to Oklahoma for others to try..but of course I'd be back, I'll always come back ???

Any time after 7:30 it takes 30 minutes to get food. I’ve been here 55 minutes waiting for my 10 sliders.
Just horrible, order two burgers only person in line waited 20 minutes, REDICULOUS, was served by a manager that need to be retrained and trained again.

Was not too thrilled at my first taste of White Castle. I came here on a business trip. And wanted to try them not in a freezer section kind of way. I was expecting more. I was disappointed in the service. And the delivery of the food. The sliders were thrown in the bag. And the lady clearly didn’t want to get me my food at the window. I was given a ticket for three free cheese sliders ended up giving it to my Air BNB host. Super sad with the place.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. Then, they weren't fresh at all. The first time I've to a white castle and the burgers were old, not fresh. The wait is ridiculous as they could have the person in front of me pull up as I just ordered 2 burgers. Why would you make people wait? They need to revisit their policies on drive thru customers with special orders. Not at all good service or food, go to the one in Kirkwood Commons, it's definitely better.

Had a funny/odd unidentified smell when I first walked in but when I got to the counter and it smelled good. The girl offered me ice water I did not even have to ask and they cooked it fast they have superb customer service and it was spotless very clean. 3 young black ladies did not get their names and they are cuties :)
