Feb 7th night crew was horrible everyone was all high moving completely slow. They forgot they didn't give us our order. The guy in the drive thru window laughed in our face.

Why can't you get a hot cup of coffee right now, yea it's 3am, but you're open 24 hrs a day. I was so disappointed.
The store has been updated but needs to be cleaned. It’s real dingy inside. I wouldn’t have painted the ceilings and fixtures white, I would’ve done black or gray to hide the erosion that happens.

I went late at night and I think they were mad they had to serve me..as evidenced by the hair in my food!! It wasn’t just a strand..but it seemed like it was intentionally placed there. You know when you’re taking out your braids and at the root it’s like the folded hair? That’s what was in my food ? but my cheesecake was prepackaged and fine. I just can’t eat there again.

The person at the window at the had the WORST customer service. Literally said, 'what you want?' on the ordering box.(Rude) We never EVER get cheese on our Castles... regular with extra pickles...we had been in line for about 25 minutes, got our bags and went home...it was hot but wrong. Cheese on everything! No sauces, despite our requests...made for an unpleasant Castle experience. I will be making a formal complaint on the website
