It’s White Castle come on.. it’s the one fast food place you go that you know is going to tear up your stomach! Overall food was fresh and staff was friendly so would recommend lunch or late night.

Good choice today. Noticed North likes ketchup and South likes mustard. Ketchup I grew up on as kid. Onion rings and chicken rings were good.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Pulling into the drive-thru, I watched the staff finish their smoke break before deigning to greet me. As someone who works face-to-face with customers every day, I get that hiccups happen—but this level of contempt is inexcusable.

When the cashier finally slid on the headset, she blasted, “Rewards member?” I said no and asked for a moment to decide. When I politely informed her I was ready, she snapped back, “Well, I’ve been waiting on you!” in a tone so dripping with disdain it could curdle milk.

By then, I’d lost my appetite. I told her I’d rather leave than tolerate that attitude—only to be told, “You do that!” as if dismissing a paying customer is a badge of honor.

• No apology. • No “have a nice day.” • Just outright hostility.

White Castle management: You’re actively training people to chase away business. This isn’t a drive-thru—it’s an eviction notice. Fix your training, empower your team to show basic courtesy, and remember that customers aren’t inconveniences—they’re the reason your doors are open.

Don’t spend your money. First, they gave me the wrong order in the drive-thru. When I got home 1/3 of the second order was missing.

I called them to get a refund. They didn’t answer and didn’t return the message I left. I went back to the store later, explained the situation and asked for a full refund ($20). They only offered a replacement for the missing items after messing things up three times.

I told them that wasn’t acceptable and they said there’s nothing they could do. I won’t be back.

Because instead of them since they had no CO2 for their sodas them having the CO2 change they are serving people and every time you was getting a sandwich or a combo you want a soda or you can get a soda cuz there was no CO2 there had people working there that acted like that there was the first day of work and they were so slow and had lines and people leaving so that is why I gave a bad idea this White Castle is a bad White Castle to go to

We have been to MANY White Castles without any problems. We were denied service because we have a 4.5 lb service dog. We usually have an ID for her but stopped carrying it because NO ONE ever asks for it. We chose to go to Chic-fila instead. It was great. White Castle was empty and Chick-fil-A was packed. Hmmm
