Online said it opens at 10, but they didn't open the door until after 10 after 10
At best you will get zero eye contact, almost no talking but your total, no thank you, no welcome, nothing, and they will completely ignore you if you say thank you or bye or hi or whatever. The message is clear: they do not like the customers. The job is beneath them. Ok we get it. Message received.
At worst they will be flat out rude. Especially one mask wearing cashier front counter female employee who is blatantly rude and will become irate for no reason and then carry out all transactions with a seriously rotten attitude and behavior to show how angry she is at all the customers. Any time it is even slightly busy she becomes mean and rude to customers. Even for simple orders, like my usual is two sliders and a coke and she can’t handle it.
The message here is even more clear: stop eating here. You are not welcome. I’ve been coming to this location for some time now and eating there on my lunch break. Never again.
Do better on hiring and management White Castle. Your profits depend on this.

I don't know who to believe... I asked for a strawberry lemonade smoothie. They don't tell me they do not have it .Instead, they just give me a strawberry lemonade drink from the Coke freestyle machine. I tell them I asked for a strawberry lemonade smoothie. That's when they tell me the item is seasonal and the season has ended. I called the Fenton location because I don't trust their excuse. They told me everybody should still be selling it and that it will become seasonal but that has not happened yet. So I guess for the time being, if you're around Ballwin and you want a strawberry lemonade smoothie, go to the Fenton location (44 and bowles, better service there anyways).

I came to pick up a doordash order and I had to wait freaking 35 minutes. Please dont order your food here. There are much better places where they have better food with much better service.

I came through here to pick up a DoorDash order. I wasn’t even a customer of this establishment and I was being treated like I was a problem for picking up a DoorDash order that they were just refusing to release because they needed payment before they Started the order I was met with extreme attitude from the manager and the staff. I had accidentally called the store and the manager was like demonizing me, and talking bad about me to me even though I had Told her three times that it was me on the phone and not a DoorDash rep. I then got a second DoorDash order, and they caught attitude with me and made me wait while they were standing around joking inside they yelled at the DoorDash rep that called the store and said that the order has been paid for and they just constantly kept giving me attitude because they were busy at 10 o’clock at night. Absolute worst customer service, and I hope this escalates further up the chain.
