Do not order from this restaurant and pay online. I placed an order online on Friday, November 27 was charged for the order and when I got to the restaurant it was closed.
Service and food was good. The bar was not open, the food needed just a bit more spice.

They served the best catfish Iβve ever eaten. Itβs going to live rent-free in my head.
Probably the most authentic tasting gumbo in the city. Flavor was great, I would just add some file or okra to make it less watery. Consistency was perfect on the red beans, but unfortunately no flavor.

Our first time going and we loved everything about it! We were welcomed as we entered, the food was hot from the time we started eating till finished. The young man that greeted us, waited on us and entertained us was exceptional and authentic! He was from New Orleans ( you could hear his accent) and the place was decorated like such. We will be back because we loved everything about it! Oh and those cooks( females ) are from New Orleans too. Who Dat!

Eating there Friday August the 1st was my first experience with this restaurant. I found his food to be very delicious. The string beans were awesome! I mean awesome! I cannot wait to return to enjoy some of the other dishes. I'm sure they are delicious as well.
