ordered at 11 thinking my food would be ready for pickup by the time I got to the location. it is now 1:22am and I still haven't gotten my food, a refund, a coupon, ANYTHING. how are there so many people waiting, and how is my food still not done when you were supposed to have closed over an hour and a half ago? I love this location and have been a loyal customer for some time but waiting an hour for and online order is insane especially on a regular Friday night. The manager at this location is amazing and things only seem to run smoothly when she is on duty. They really need to get it together because this is one of my fav locations.

I would not recommend going to this wingstop the lady in green the so called manger is very disrespectful and Racist against white people I went there to order and the lady tells me I need to remove my hood when its litterly 20 degrees outside i mean if she would have said please it would of been less of a big deal but as I look around I notice 5 other people with hoods on that she had said nothing to but I guess since I was the only white person it was a issue so if your white definitely don't recommend coming to this wing stop!!
I ordered 20 chicken tenders n twenty pieces of corn. I sent son to pick up order. Wing stop sent me two orders of fries n one fida for $43.00. Then they eintbsnswe the phone. This is unacceptable. Wing stop is the pitts!!!!!

My girlfriend went and picked up order yesterday and the person working Saud it wasn't placed . I'm trying to get refund because my card says order was placed at 3:02 and paid my girlfriend had to repay because worker said it was no order in our name. I called this morning and the manager said for me to call back and couldn't take my name. She claim she had numbers to do. Writing my number down would've took 3 secs. Get some east Indian women or white to run counter they are very good with customer service.

These people that work at this Wingstop are the most disrespectful, rude, nasty, terrible customer service having bunch of people I've ever encountered in my 39 years of living.. To tell a grown person to "move" and to "go sit down" in an establishment is insane!.. Literally stood at the counter for 10-15 mins before I was even acknowledged and when I finally was it was absolute attitude!..They don't greet you or even ask you if you're picking up or ordering.. they just stand there and keep looking at you .. And what's sad it's the women that's working there.. If you don't wanna work or do your job correctly please apply for unemployment.. it's sad.
