Terrible customer service. No one greeted me. The toilets are backed up. There are no signs to warn you of the restrooms being out of order. The cashier was on the phone the entire time I was there. The manager looked at me and walked back to the counter to make wings. Not once saying anything to me even when I tried to speak to her. There were plenty of workers present but no one willing to help, so I just left.

We ordered $150 worth of food for a large group of people just for 2 out of 8 meals to be delivered to us!! The delivery was late, we had to drive up to the location to remake the rest of our order because it had somehow disappeared. We demanded a refund, coupons, discount, ANYTHING to reimburse us for the time and money we spent correcting our order. The general manager refused. Other times we've ordered here, our sauces and drinks have gone missing. We will not be ordering from Wingstop anymore

The entire store reeks of weed and no one’s working in the store. My pickup order was 30 minutes late. Ice machine didn’t with for drinks either. Avoid this location. They might as well just close it.
Absolutely terrible!! I ordered mild boneless and they gave me regular. I bought a large one ranch and there was no ranch in the bag at all. My fried are undercooked and my corn is overcooked.
