Football Sunday and this Wingstop went above and beyond for us. We ordered a nice meal through the wingstop app, but when a doordash driver decided not to deliver/steal our order, we were lost! We knew it wasn’t the store’s fault, but we still drove to the store because we wanted to reorder. The manager was kind and understanding. Remade our order on the spot at no charge without even asking.

Worst experience with the staff, they are toooo slow.
Ordered 2 ten pieces and one came with 7 and not 10 . Will see what they do about my order tomorrow.
Rudest cashier ever!! Man in front of me was asking how much longer it would take for his food. He said he was waiting for 40 minutes already. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she says, just be lucky we are cooking your order at all?? I told her she was rude, dude left, I waited for another 15 mins and left as well.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The lady at the front counter just stared at me when I walked in. Didnt ask if I had a carryout order or wanted to order. She gave me unwanted vibes. Like it was a problem that I came into the store. I dont recommend this location at all. Plus food wasnt ready at all. And it said the food should have been ready.

Stole money from me…. I ordered food online on June 4th for over $50 and when I got to the restaurant it was boarded up and no one was there. I’ve spoken to several managers at this store and 2 others, emailed a complaint and filed a claim with my bank. No one ever responds. Just filed a BBB complaint

I called in my order and was advised pickup time of 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 25 minutes, chicken was pretty warm but the fries were extremely cold. Asked manager for fresh fries, she went into an entire lecture on how we need to arrive at the time they provide. She refused and was very controversial about its This wingstop location is known for excessive wait times after your arrival. Read previous reviews and we all say the same thing. They need to shut down!

I ordered online and when I arrived the store was boarded up and no one was there. They charged me over $50 for food I never received. No manager will call me back. I’ve also filed a complaint online and with my bank. Just filed a BBB complaint as well. They are thieves
Obscenely slow service. I waited 37 minutes for. One entree and when I expressed some frustration about it I got attitude. Gross. Not customer focused and disorganized. . The worst Wingstop and I do a lot of deliveries. One guy kept scratching his scalp while working and never washed his hands. And it reeks of pot there. So gross.

The restaurant was dirty. It took a long time to get to order my food. I had to actually ask a cashier to take my order. The order took longer than 30 minutes to arrive. The order was wrong when I got it. The cashier and I argued about what the order was and why it was different than on the receipt. I asked for a manager to resolve the issue. She was the manager. I resolved to never go to that Wingstop ever again. It is the worst Wingstop I've ever used.
