I visited this store today after purchasing an order online. I ordered the 8 piece wing combo and I upsized my drink for 50 cents to a 32 oz cup. When I arrived I had my baby with me carrying her and I asked the manager for a bottled drink instead of the cup with a lid so that I’d be able to just put the bottle in the bag being that the cup could possible spill with me carrying my daughter. The manager tells me no and that I would have to purchase another drink for almost four dollars. I asked her how when I had already bought a drink with a combo. She says “the combo comes with a drink so If you want it bottled you need to buy it separately “ which didn’t make any sense to me because if the drink is combined into the combo that means that the price of the drink was included in the combo. But the manager was making it like I was trying to get it for free or short the Wingstop business over 3.75. And mind you, my combo was $15.00 all together. I found it to be very distasteful and unbecoming of her. It completely fine to go above and beyond for your job but not to make customers pay for two drinks. She was not knowledgeable of the pricing on the menu at all. The cooks did an amazing job as per my family but Never again!

The location has gone to crap. The Quality of the food the service all sucks. What makes it so bad is there GM is ALWAYS there on her phone . She has to make it known that she’s in charge. But her presence is a joke. You would think if the GM of a store was there that the food will be made correctly and the store will be ran smoothly. She’s too busy complaining about rude customers and how she can be rude right back with them. I will drive all the way to the page location before I give them anymore of my money.

This location is closest to our house but every time we come here it is a mess. The food always takes at least 20 minutes longer than they say and is always missing something. Every time I’ve been there customers have walked out because of how long it takes to complete orders. We will definitely drive further for better service.
came here a couple weeks ago since I placed an order while I was at work, staff was amazing and so helpful! I walked inside and was so comfy with everyone there and the food was fire, although the fries were a bit short the rest made up for it. I trust them with my food and definitely going back there. OH and I got a free shot glass from them

I don't know why I never learn my lesson. Every time I order at this location, my order is never correct and its always missing something. Apparently, counting to 20 is hard to do. This location is absolutely NOT recommended.

All of the chickenwas cold limp fries. The service was awful. There was orders that we witnessed ordered well after ours, they got food first. At a minimum 7 different guests. We had cold hard chicken and limp fries. Super disappointed

Literally order a 30 piece and got only ten been trying to call no answer automated voice keeps connecting there not answer the phone it’s going straight to voicemail I would eat here or order ever again and I won’t my money back

My friend and I waited a good while to place our order when the restaurant was very slow and people were just standing around. When we got our food every one of our 5 piece tenders were completely raw in the middle.
