Literally order a 30 piece and got only ten been trying to call no answer automated voice keeps connecting there not answer the phone it’s going straight to voicemail I would eat here or order ever again and I won’t my money back

My friend and I waited a good while to place our order when the restaurant was very slow and people were just standing around. When we got our food every one of our 5 piece tenders were completely raw in the middle.

We order from wing stop at work all the time, and every single time they forget at least 1 item. This time, 3 of us ordered and they forgot someone’s whole meal and my cheese sauce. I was looking forward to that cheese sauce. Disappointed. Trash service.

First time eating here. Great Customer Service. Food came out hot just not what I expected from the commercials. Had the chicken fingers and fries. Fries were warm and Chicken was also just preferred them to be cooked a little longer. They were done however. I'll still return just will state that on my next visit.

Overall deserving of 5 stars, the wings were great but overall the best part was the service. The lady who took our order was very nice and our two 6 piece combos were out in less than 5 minutes.
First time coming here. Was fast, workers were sweet, and food was delicious. Only reason I left some fries is because there were so many! I got BBQ wings with ranch. You can’t go wrong!!

I ordered two chicken sandwiches in the app for pickup, which said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. I arrived at the location once the 20 minutes was over. My husband went in to wait while I stayed in the car. He ended up waiting for 40-minutes for pick-up that never came, so I went in and waited for an additional 20+ minutes. My husband and I both experienced terrible customer service from the workers. They were dismissive and avoidant of customers waiting for their orders and would pretend to be busy. I had to ask multiple times if my order was even in the process of being made, which the worker would just walk away and ignore me. Eventually, one of the workers communicated with me and had to re-print my order because they lost it or never printed it in the first place. In total, I had to wait over one-hour for my order. This location is immensley unorganized and no clear indication of management
