This is the absolutely the worst location ever. The phone never works and they constantly lose orders. I’m not sure who is in charge at this store but it is ridiculous and they need to fire everyone and start over. I ordered on the app and never received my order because they gave it to another driver and the phone does not work.

Accidentally reviews the wrong Wingstop BUT; The crew was getting slammed on Saturday and doing the best they could, I appreciate them and I know this review doesn’t mean much but I see you all, and I wish I could do more! They kept it cordial and professional and directed people as best they could as they got through so many orders. My order came out great and even if I didn’t ya’ll are human. Thank you guys, I hope someone higher up recognizes your hard work <3
Unprofessional waited for 1 hrs n 10 minutes for my order at least 5 workers standing by the bathroom not asking y'all need help n one work yelled out I'm going to the liquor store in front of everyone stop hiring teenagers n hired people really want to work

Not being sexists but who would staff a 90% female staff, they all have attitudes all no matter what hour you come into Wingstop. The manager is never in there and always in the car. When a customer needs her she comes in life someone is inconveniencing her life style. She hasn’t had the drink machine fixed in about a week. Just a waste.

The last two times I went to this place they were struggling. The first visit I had to wait 20 extra mins for my food even though I called my order in 45 mins prior. The next time was on my lunch break and the food was gross, it was cold, dry and it tasted like it was simply reheated or nuked in a microwave and thrown in a bag. That was definitely my last time giving them my money.

If I could give This Wingstop no stars I would. This wingstop has really gone down in regards to customer service, how am I purchasing a combo meal that comes with a drink and the soda/drink station is NOT working/Down. Floor needed to be swept, counters tops cluttered and everyone (All Employees) are continually being on their phone while supposedly “working”. I won’t be back I’ll cook my own darn chicken.

Placed a group order at 10:30, didn't get my food until almost 2:00. Order was COMPLETELY wrong, fries had no seasoning, and the lemonade stunk. Never again at this location.
So I’ve Placed Multiple Orders At This Location And SoI Spend Over $30 Everytime….Sometimes It’s Delivered Others I Pick It Up Each Time I’ve Ran Into An Issue Tho…Either The Dasher Steals The Food Or I Don’t Get The Drinks Or They Leave Off The Ranch SOMETHINGGGG….Then I Pay For Allflats They Give Me Drums Just Something Everytime They Can’t Seem To Get Things Right!
