I don’t know why I even ordered from this location cause before I did I had a feeling it was gone be a bad experience cause of previous experiences. I usually don’t leave reviews but I got time today I’m tired of this location steady getting away with being a poor establishment. Ordered food online 2 days ago at 7:38 pm arrived to pick my food up at 8:05 I usually give this location plenty of time because the food is almost never ready. But anyways it’s busy I go in and ask the girl at the counter if my order is ready giving her my name and she asked me if it was an online order. I say yes and she say it ain’t ready like she just knows without looking cause of whatever situation they had going on. So I asked how long she shruggs her shoulder giving me a look like she has no idea. So I wait in my car and go back in at 8:25. This time the girl at the counter is not attentive to give me my order knowing I’ve been waiting and I already came in once. She has an attitude when I’m the one that should have an attitude she takes her sweet time to write drink names on a dashers bag as if he can’t read what order the drinks are for and I asked for my food all she had to do is hand it to me but she purposely took her time and then gone look at me and say ok what was name so by this point I’m pissed cause she heard me the first she just wanted to finish writing drink names on the bag when the dasher is over at the drink station making his drinks paying her no attention. Seems like she was being petty or either she don’t know how to multitask. Either way this establishment needs to shut down or hired better employees and not little kids that’s just there to be cute. This is a job not school. The food was dry and cold as well. Fries finally wasn’t burnt.

Put order in on line at 615pm. I arrived to the store at 630pm. I stood there until 740pm to get my order and it wasn't pippin hot. I watched people come and go for over an hour. I had to ask for a refund and then they gave me my order. Never going back to this location. It's unorganized and people friends come in getting the hook up constantly. I don't see how it hasn't closed down from loss of profit. Hopefully the owner come in and clean house.

I ordered 2 orders of Wings & Fries..The Wings taste burnt,and the fries were crumbs and also burnt. Needless to say I will not be returning to that location. This is a limited edition, it's cajun meal. Chicken breast sandwich coated in the Louisiana Rub and fried. Topped with spicy ranch and cheese drizzle. It's messy but good, go try it y'all. Service was good, I ordered online to save time.

Will never return to this location. Nothing but teenagers in there. They are playing in the kitchen, cursing, and the food wasn't fresh. It was so loud when I walked in and on top of that the cashier got smart when I asked her about a cup. Never again.

If you can go to another WingStop, go to that one ! The manager is rude and has an attitude all the time. She brings up guns because she know it's just a matter of time before someone shoots they store up cause of how they act. Why do yall get customer service jobs, if yall lack customer service ? Then she told me she couldn't process my refund because i ordered through the app and that mild wings are a dry rub. Since when ?!
