Small lounge with only one staff member who was working the bar and check-in. On top of it, there was no food available.

Very poorly designed lounge with essentially no food ,snacks or staff. Never before seen such a lousy lounge, thank goodness!

Pretty subpar lounge. Very disorganized, no one at the check in desk. Extremely light food options and drinks. They don't limit capacity so it can get very crowded at times with no seating. Also the food has a lot of cross contamination. There were bacon bits in almost every other bowl of food at the buffet. It's one step above sitting at the gate

Visited when it opened at 7am and it was cereal, yogurt, and sliced fruit. The coffee machine was broken some of the time. They do not have lactose-free milk, even at the bar.

Came a week later at dinner time and it was worse: mystery meat slider, not enough tongs, Oreo cookies… salad but no forks, salsa but no chips, some of the dishes were obviously dirty, the ranch dressing didn’t come out even when shaking… so I checked about a dozen times over an hour and the water and coffee went empty (the coffee machine was still partially broken), and the selection just got emptier. Of course, they eventually refilled. Of course, the chips were stale.

The bar seems to be the highlight, but I don’t drink. Name brands are an upcharge, but they have house of everything.

Dinner offered upcharge items like a quesadilla but for the price I’d go get what I want somewhere else in the airport.

The seats are fine, but the tables are too small to share with another person comfortably and too short to sit at for working on a computer.

Seating and bathrooms are more comfortable than “out there”, but this is not somewhere you’d want to pay $45 for the “buffet.”

The WiFi is good. If you have a computer, the best spot is in the back conference room.

The staff seem fine. It’s easily overcrowded. It’s a one-star lounge but still a lounge.

Worst $45 I have spent. Most of the tables were dirty, very slow service and near 10 minutes nobody on the bar or service desk. For what food was offered there was no rolls for over 30 minutes which I reported twice and the lazy service people just didn’t replenish anything. They cleared my half drunk coke fast enough though when I went to the bathroom.

Great spot. Staff was amazing, paid for a day pass ($38) well worth it. Bar staff was amazing, light bites and sweets were a bonus.

Every time I’ve been here it is extremely understaffed. Could be really great with a few more people on staff.

Also, omg the smell.

Staff is friendly! But the lounge is dirty. There is food all over the floor and tables and chairs. The people who come through here clearly have no respect as they leave the area a mess for someone else to clean. Unfortunately there is not enough staff to vacuum, wipe done tables and chairs continuously so the place is kind of gross.

WHY ARE YOU EVER CLOSED? A SATURDAY?????
There is only 1 lounge and it's very basic needs. So why are you closed on a Saturday?
The staff is great. Love the drinks. The food selection is more like snacks at best. But CLOSED????

Pros: One full extra star for the staff. The bus meet and bartender were both so friendly and helpful. WiFi is good and the temperature was
Comfortable. Conference room available as well as seating, bar/counter top seating and plenty of chargers.

Cons: The offering here is underwhelming - salad, ham sliders and chips. Some desserts, water and coffee. Most lounges have soda, canned drinks etc. 2 unisex restrooms, there always seemed to be someone waiting.

I was grateful for a more private area to spend 2.5 hours but wouldn’t seek this airport out as my preferred connection location. St Louis is a friendly city though and it made a long day much more comfortable.

Addl food offerings available for $15, including a charcuterie board AND chicken quesadilla for $15 +tax, maybe the best bargain in the airport.

Medicore offerings compared to other lounges across the globe. Forgettable is their mantra.

Staff is welcoming and good service. Cleanliness is the issue as well as finger food that is very basic and not very appealing. Stop in for a drink and a quick charge of your phone.

It's great to have a Priority Pass lounge in STL, but don't stop by on Saturday's as they are closed.

When they are open, it's comfortable and has a fair selection of drinks and snacks. Certainly not the nicest Priority Pass lounge out there, but more than adequate when passing through the SWA terminal.

My flight was delayed tonight in STL. On my way to my favorite airport restaurant, I passed by Wingtips Lounge near Gate 33 and decided to take a look. What a great decision. The staff could not have been nicer in welcoming me to the lounge. Maria and her team were so nice. They offered an open conference room for me to use during my four hour layover. The food and drink were plentiful. I highly recommend Wingtips at the Saint Louis Airport for every traveler looking for some relaxation.

Why is it not open on Saturdays like any other normal lounge? This is my base/home airport, and Saturdays are one of the most common days to fly out. It’s really frustrating that I travel for work and abide by flights they pick for me, and that I cannot even take advantage of this benefit my credit card gives me. Change your hours to be open Saturday!
