My son and I visited for 1 hour the other day. The advertisement outside the lounge claims locally inspired, fresh food. The entire food selection consisted of various kinds of chips and other junk food, and equally uninspiring tiny sandwich squares. The staff was nice enough but we decided we’d rather hang out at gate than in the cramped space, and left. To date, the least impressive priority pass lounge.

Worst lounge. Period
Not even basic bread and bagels were replenished after running out.
Gonna report this scam to priority pass!

My family and I spent 3 enjoyable hours at this lounge waiting on our flight. The attendants were all wonderful and very kind. The food was a nice breakfast choice that we enjoyed. We will be back for sure, thank you!

Ya, um, no thanks. Small, dirty, would rather wait at the gate.

This was a great lounge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and there were healthy options. Standouts were Aaireonya and Shai, but the super standout was Blake!

The grossest place in St. Louis.

Our first visit this week we had a lovely bar tender who definitely made our experience better! However on our return flights this week, it was a very lackluster experience. Nearly no food options just small snacks, non working drink machines. Similar to other reviews so just be warned

Worst airport lounge I’ve been to. Very small, feels like an oversized hotel room. Food was snacks, not sanitary. I left after 10 minutes. Felt more relaxing outside the lounge.

Very bare bones. I came around dinner time and they had cheese, crackers, and bowls of chips. The bar is not complimentary except for select spirits like Malibu and wine like Chardonnay. The complimentary “mimosa” doesn’t use sparkling wine. They make it with orange juice and moscato which is horrible and not even a mimosa.

At first glance, this lounge seems like it should be a relaxing escape from the chaos of the airport. The staff is friendly and kind, which is honestly the only redeeming quality of the experience.

Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The lounge was dirty, with food and trash scattered on the floor and smeared across chairs. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, despite the mess, there was no actual food available at all—not a single snack. The only “food” in sight was what had been crushed into the carpet.

While drinks are available at the bar, many of them come with an additional upcharge, which feels unreasonable considering the state of the lounge and the lack of included amenities. For a space that’s supposed to offer comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, it failed on every level.

Overall, this lounge did not deliver on even the most basic expectations. It was unhygienic, poorly stocked, and nowhere near worth the time or money. I left feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed.

I’ve been at the lounge for 30 minutes and no food… time to go out and find something for dinner.

One of the best parts of flying Southwest is stopping at Wingtips with my Priority Pass.

The food choices are mediocre but we can always find decent seats with electric nearby.

Bartenders are honest that they don't really know cocktails and now they charge for some of them. But an old fashioned or Manhattan is still free and they use Wild Turkey 101 which is solid booze.

I tip the bartender with Venmo when I first arrive and they always keep me lubricated. What is
