Staff is great and very clean !!

Decent lounge. Downside: they offer snacks, not food, so the lunch spread was fairly thin, but, on Plus Side the staff was friendly, lounge was fairly clean and comfortable AND they have paper cups so you can take your latte to go.

They let me fill up my water bottle with ice and water, it was very busy when we were passing through

Priority Pass Select is routinely rejected here, apparently to meet some quota that isn’t advertised. I’m 0-for-5 on trying to get a seat at this lounge on various trips. Doesnt seem like a huge loss based on the space available and offerings. Bartender seems chronically overworked as well.

Reasonable lounge. Gets busy during meal time but otherwise pretty good place to rest.

Not good. Overwhelmed staff and bad food choice that looks like it’s not been cleaned up in a long time…. That’s just because the don’t have enough staff. The one staff that was there was running the bar and checking in people with no help. Literally every food choice in the terminal is better than the options here . Yes…. I got a free soda but that wasn’t worth my time. I took the soda and left.

I just checked in with a free pass. That is about what is worth. One staff (bless their heart). Pop tarts and apples, yogurt with a smattering of fruit, old bagels and muffins, dirty dishes sitting out. Pros seems they have Kaldis coffee. I didn’t even see a tv.I am sitting at an empty gate with a Starbucks and enjoying that more. Sorry Wing Tips…consider adding:Fresh hot foodBluetooth TV(s)BathroomsAnother staff

Staff is great. Drinks are strong. Food is awful.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Wingtips Lounge in St. Louis Airport Terminal. Despite its potential to offer a serene and comfortable space for travelers, the reality fell far short of expectations. The lounge was uncomfortably overcrowded, making it difficult to find a place to sit or relax in peace. This overcrowding issue is exacerbated by the fact that both Priority Pass and Business Class passengers share this lounge, creating a space that feels more like a busy bus station than an exclusive lounge. Moreover, the quality of the food offered was underwhelming. The options were not only limited but also lacked the freshness and taste one would expect from an airport lounge catering to business travelers. It's disappointing when the food becomes a detractor from the lounge experience rather than a highlight.Additionally, the service and cleanliness standards were not up to par. In a setting where cleanliness and attentive service should be a given, finding both lacking significantly detracts from the overall experience. It's unsettling to navigate through a space that doesn't meet basic hygiene standards, especially in an environment as intimate as an airport lounge. In summary, my visit to the Wingtips Lounge was far from the premium experience advertised. Between the overcrowding, subpar food, and lack of cleanliness and service, it's clear that there's a significant gap between what is promised and what is delivered. This lounge could benefit greatly from addressing these key areas to improve the experience for all guests.Additionally, it's disappointing to see Lufthansa's standards slip to the point where Business Class passengers are subjected to such conditions. As a carrier known for its quality and service, it's surprising and disheartening that Lufthansa would align with a lounge that fails to meet the expectations of its Business Class travelers. The experience in the Wingtips Lounge does not reflect the premium service and attention to detail that Lufthansa's Business Class passengers expect and deserve. This significant oversight in ensuring the quality of partner lounges reflects poorly on Lufthansa's commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience. It's imperative for Lufthansa to reassess this partnership or take measures to improve the situation, as it currently stands as a sore point for travelers choosing to fly Business Class with the airline.

Tisha Pinson & Sue are the most amazing employees. I enjoyed my time at wingtips because of these two ladies, who served us beautifully, were so friendly, and made our visit so much fun. I'm glad we came here and not our other option because this lounge is peaceful, clean, enjoyable and the staff is amazing. Thank you to Tisha & Sue for our nice visit. The food bar is not a priority for the owners and a disappointment but the fresh fruit was nice.

Not worth the money. When I visited, the place was overcrowded, and the food selection was really lame. The bartender was friendly and helpful. There were cheap turkey sliders, but the salad, tortilla chips and soup remained unstocked for almost an hour and a half. I was told by the attendant who seemed to be in charge of food, that the soup needed heating, but I doubt it really needed that long (and the attendant was focused more on chatting with customers). There were also scraps of food in the food area. I had a glass of wine and scrounged for the few scraps of food that were available. After asking about food restocking the second time, they finally tidied up the food area, and brought more salad, tortilla chips and soup. The food that was there was cheap and low quality. I'm never going back.

It was uncrowded but easy to understand why. If you want a seat, a bathroom and a drink then this is fine. We went in at 6 PM and the food was basically non-existent. There was a bowl of lettuce, some shredded cheese, a bowl of tomatoes and maybe some bacon bits. Eventually the lady brought out a bowl of regular potato chips. They were gone in about 10 minutes. The Wingtips website advertises a buffet in this lounge. Thankfully we didn't pay any money to go in this lounge.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food selection very limited. The worker although was nice could not manage the bar, check-in and stocking the buffet. I would not pay the cost for those who are not priority. I'd say the best thing going was the soda machine!

During our visit they only had salad, pretzel, potato chips and cookies. They had no real food at all. There was no protein at all. The Bartender was very nice and was working hard. The other two staff spent most of their time in the back room. There were dirty dishes and glasses everywhere.

I gained access as I was flying business class with Lufthansa. The lounge was quite busy but I perched at a long, high table by the window and plugged in my laptop so that I could continue to watch a series that I was following on Hulu. The free WiFi was strong enough for such streaming.I didn't bother checking out what selection of food and drinks were on offer but I did avail myself of the free soda fountain and had too many big beakers of chilled lemonade. Very refreshing. The atmosphere in the lounge during that afternoon was quite animated. Even the staff were enjoying one of the NFL American playoff football games being shown live on the TV screens. The barman seemed to be particularly excited by the way that the game was turning out.For such a relatively large sized lounge I would have expected more than the two restrooms that I could find. So judicious forward planning for each visit was definitely needed - especially if, like me, you had imbibed far too much lemonade beforehand :-)
