Listen here. I am giving this place 5 stars SOLELY because of the fantasticness of the waitress we had named Dawn. It had been a HELL of a work week. My coworker took me to get a drink because I had cried every day because of typical workplace stress and bulkshit. She picked Winnie's saying I would love it. I dont drink wine. Unique complex just outside of Lafayette Square. Winnie's shares the building with Hamiltons and The Garage in the back. You can enter in the door on Chouteau or from the side lot near The Garage.
The wine selection was plentiful and the cocktails were delicious! Highly recommend stopping by!

The service is great and the ambiance is wonderful. Food is from the adjoining location Hamilton's. Don't sleep on the bacon dusted popcorn. Plus, this location is affordable to try different wines. I'll definitely be back
