First and last time there.Got the breakfast burrito with egg, potatoes turkey chorizo and jalapeño. Realized after I left there was no chorizo or jalapeño, so basically paid over 10 bucks for something I could have made for a couple of bucks. Got the frozen sausage, egg and cheese biscuit to take home to the wife. It was over 8 bucks and hardly any egg. Wife said it was dry. QT had a better sausage, cheese and egg biscuit for 1/3 the price. Do better if you're going to charge those prices

Healthy breakfast options and even smoothies. The baked oatmeal is a total show stopper. It's a fresh take on breakfast food. Just off grant's trail, makes a great stop during a bike ride.

Been going to Yolklore a long time, almost since they first opened. I'm happy the food hasn't changed (much) with new ownership, but the atmosphere certainly has.
The staff is friendly, and when I asked after part of my order that was missing and for knives (there weren't any on the counter) they were brought out promptly, no problem. But we had to clean our table of crumbs (every empty table was similarly dirty) and there were bits of trash on the floor and stool counter. I'd understand if they were slammed, but they weren't, and no one came out to clean anything up while we were there.
All in all, it made me wish we'd taken our order to go, which isn't a good feeling, and would have been worse if we'd gotten home only to find out part of our order was missing.

Waited for a DoorDash order, the store was bust so I was understanding. The girl bagging the orders was VERY rude & after I asked how much longer. She told me just drop the orders. Which was inconsiderate considering the fact it was my money! So many other ways she could’ve handled that.

There’s no hope for good service for any restaurant along Watson in the Webster Groves/Crestwood area. People running the front of the house need to learn about quick wins and not make customers wait to get their food for 10 minutes when it has been cooked and paid for and is just sitting in a warmer on the other side of the counter. Just get it out and hand it over. It literally takes 10 seconds not 10 minutes.
Oh and you know what the kicker is? You get home and are missing half your order. Yolklore is another place on the list of restaurants on Watson that are terrible at what they do. Beginning to think it’s the residents that work at these places but management needs to make sure these bad workers are meeting their standards.
With another place on my blacklist it further confirms that restaurants are not the best option. Time to go to the grocery store and do it myself. At least that way it would be 17% of the price you have to pay here. 1 sausage patty 0.68. 1 egg 0.25. 2 small pancakes maybe 0.75-1.00. I’ll be generous and say $2.50 with tax. Dipper sandwich from here with no potatoes or syrup since they didn’t give them to you… $14.51. Actually I’m still hungry. Maybe I’ll go make one of my own right now.

Amazing find! Homemade biscuits and gravy aren’t the usual morning muck from so many breakfast joints. Flavorful and thick with sausage and seasonings. No complaints except I’m so full I can’t finish it all!!

I was looking for a good place to have a decent breakfast. What I found was a great place and a delicious breakfast. I had the breakfast burger with chickpea salad and the frittata and all were delicious. I even ordered a second burger to go. The place was clean. Staff was friendly. What more could you ask for? I’ll be back for more fo

We love Yolklore! All of the food and drinks we’ve had are delicious. I’ve never had potatoes like this, so make sure you try them. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice, and they always are playing good music. I wish it was a bigger place so we could come with larger groups, but they are doing everything right!

We are always looking for noteworthy breakfasts. I am amazed at the small town flavor and feel of this restaurant!
The coffee is good and strong. They have a coffee club, where they give a mug and a hook with your name on it!
Leah was at the counter and was very helpful with all things St Louis! Thanks for the warm and friendly conversation!
I had the breakfast, Jill built her own breakfast sandwich. Both were excellent!

Well, I’d tell you it’s terrible and avoid it because I selfishly LOVE THE PLACE! It gets a bit crowded but everyone is congenial. I find no matter what I order it’s cooked perfection and served up pretty quick. This is a little known gem but worth the time and effort to locate it.
