Disrespectful. Serves do not pay attention to customers and take about 40 minutes to ONLY get to ur table. Food was also not worth it as well as pricy food that you could get for less than 10 bucks out here. DO NOT EAT HERE. Service was awful.

Hotel restaurants are often just functional. This one was fair. I would not choose to eat there again. The salad was meh. The restaurant was basically empty but there was no sense that the servers wanted to make it a good experience.

Save your money and go elsewhere!! Worn and torn couches. On my first night, I paid $16 for a burger that came on a small plate and condiments were served in packets or plastic cups. My server forced me to close my check because he said he was leaving. I wanted to reopen a tab at the bar and before I can attempt to order, the bartender told me I had to order from my server and walked away. Asked for a manager and they said they didn't have one. Paid an extra $20 in delivery fees through Uber eats. That was well worth it vs the food and service, I had received from the staff here in the last 3 days. Will not be back.

This restaurant doesn't actually take reservations, and they don't know how they ended up on open table. Lol They don't even have a portal that lets them know reservations were made. That being said they were wonderful about accommodating our group that started with 4 and grew to 10 without complaint despite being understaffed and overwhelming busy due to a dance competition that was being held. The food was good. Service was warm, friendly, with a smile and a sense of urgency & importantance. Food came out pretty quick after ordering. It is pricey but is what I would expect at a hotel restaurant.

Made reservations via open table. Upon arrival they said they dont honor the reservations and find a place to sit. We found a table. Ordered drinks while we looked at the menu. It took 20 mins to get our drinks and another 10 before we were able to place an order. In total we ordered 4 cocktails, 3 burgers and fries, and a side salad. The food took over 40 mins to come out. They forgot the salad and did not bring silverware. After 15 mins the salad and silverware came. Food and cocktails were ok but definitely not worth the price. Bill was $145.00. Do yourself a favor and skip this place go to ANY of the restaurants nearby.Will never go there again.

Non existent servers. Plan on waiting a very long time at dirty tables or the bar and beg for someone to take your order. They really need to hire more servers. Very limited food options in the bar and not great. Chicken nachos were very limited in toppings and burgers not very good. Pretzels also not great. Only option in Marriot hotel so we had to leave often to find other options downtown. We have noticed majority of places do not have enough workforce.

Well when you make reservations you expect to eat at the restaurant, but the restaurant wasn't open only the bar area with a bar food menu. No explanation for why it wasn't open and seating at bar area was of course first come first serve. Burger was not good, almost like it was microwaved.

When we got to the restaurant, they said they do not honor online reservations!! Why you would accept a reservation through OpenTable if the restaurant doesn't honor them. This was a disappointment, but the woman that helped tried to make up for it. Her name was Brittney.

I ended up eating at the hotel lobby bar twice during my trip due to a lack of options in the area. The service was great - the lady was extremely attentive and quick with the refills. I ordered the steak and frites both nights and I thought the food was okay. The cooking of the steaks was very inconsistent.

I decided to try the buffet breakfast even though there were a lot of old and negative reviews. Sadly it seems like not much has changed. The buffet area has very cramped seating. The only good food being served was the omelets. The waffles were the DIY variety featured at cheap hotels. The gravy at the biscuits and gravy serving station was a filthy mess. It's clear that there is no chef overseeing the quality or presentation of the food being served. Even the pastries tasted like they've been sitting in refrigeration for too long. I would not recommend having breakfast here.
