We ordered 5 Orginal pretzels and a coke and they screwed up our entire order was turned into pretzel bites and the coke wasn’t even there we spent 55$! 1 star!

The pretzel bites had been sitting for awhile, no gloves used. The cashier was literally staring into his phone and hadn’t even noticed that my transaction had went through, or had even grabbed my cup of cheese until I asked for it and a bag. There was a lady standing on the outside on her phone taking a call (I’m assuming was a manager because she knew his name and wasn’t waiting for food) and made a comment about the cashier being on his phone, just to grab his attention, but it’s obvious this is a normal thing since they’re just on their phones. The employee sitting in the chair directly behind the register was also on his phone. Normally I would be cool with the fact of occasionally checking your phone, but so engrossed in your phone you’re not even paying attention to the customer in front of you is just bad customer service and not caring at all. Not to mention touching and holding your phone and then touching food with no gloves. Absolutely disgusting. This isn’t the first time this has happened and judging by the other reviews, there is a lack of care in their job and lack of management.

i was helped by a man and told my pretzel would take 15 minutes which i had no problem with but then i watched him wear the same gloves to touch the dough, ipad, and his phone without changing them once. This made me very uncomfortable. And that is not very sanitary at all.

The worker asked for a 15% tip. Very unprofessional. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I always tip (whether it’s carry out or dine in) and I found this EXTREMELY rude.

Nuggets are way too big so they don't get done they are very doughy, very little if any butter or salt was on them. Nothing like it used to be. I actually threw them away. A waste of money.
I was sitting in line and they were about five people in front of me and the employees are so quick at getting everyone's order I had placed my order after waiting behind several people and gotten my order all within three minutes. I recommend ordering the pretzel bites original as well as the cinnamon pretzel bites with cheese dip. My order was fresh and not overly salty absolutely delicious highly recommend

The auntie Anne product is very good. It's your employees at the Mid Rivers Mall store that are greatly lacking. A young man and a young woman were so loud when I was near a kiosk nearby and curse words were being used as well. Fortunately there were no customers there at the store, but you could hear them all over the immediate Mall area.

They will take payment for your order of $50, when you arrive to pick it up they will tell you it was canceled then proceed to make up some excuse, without notifying me at all. Do not recommend, there a nicer pretzel place nearby

Love auntie Ann’s and have always had ok service, but arrived at 12 today and the female worker came out from the back and started yelling she wasn’t open yet, despite the hours of operation being 12. Had she been more polite about being late, I wouldn’t have minded, but yelling at people, including a child and his father, is just rude.Update: 15 minutes later, she told a little girl she wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. You’re poor time management isn’t a justification to be rude to people. I would advise this location to do some customer service training. I’ve spent my entire working career in customer service and never felt entitled enough to treat customers the way this employee has treated the customers. I would encourage anyone wanting pretzels at this mall to visit the pretzel maker on the first level. I don’t think the quality is as good, but they open on time and aren’t rude to their customers

Rude and unprofessional behavior. Can’t tell the prices of the meals cause the screen is broke and when asked how much the combo meals are-I got attitude. I won’t be purchasing your pretzels any more. I’ll be going to your competitor. Your employees don’t take any pride in their job and it shows.
