The auntie Anne product is very good. It's your employees at the Mid Rivers Mall store that are greatly lacking. A young man and a young woman were so loud when I was near a kiosk nearby and curse words were being used as well. Fortunately there were no customers there at the store, but you could hear them all over the immediate Mall area.
We got there about 20 minutes before they were set to close. The selection was limited, but we got four cups of pretzel nuggets. The nuggets were tasty. The young man behind the counter was courteous, professional, and friendly.

I was sitting in line and they were about five people in front of me and the employees are so quick at getting everyone's order I had placed my order after waiting behind several people and gotten my order all within three minutes. I recommend ordering the pretzel bites original as well as the cinnamon pretzel bites with cheese dip. My order was fresh and not overly salty absolutely delicious highly recommend
