Auntie Anne's offers delicious pretzel bites, both original and cinnamon-flavored, which are fresh and not overly salty. The service is quick, with orders ready in just a few minutes. However, there have been complaints about the behavior of some employees at the Mid Rivers Mall store, with inappropriate language used. On a positive note, the staff has been observed to be courteous and friendly, especially when the store is about to close.
