Server friendly and food was great.
We always have great food, wonderful service and tasty margaritas! Such a pleasant experience every single time we go… and we go a LOT! Molcajete is my fave - we get it every time and split it… perfect for keto diet - I don’t eat the tortillas, just the meat and shrimp and veggies. Got seafood soup tonight for first time… very good.
Chimi's Fresh-Mex offers amazing Mexican cuisine with great service, especially during Sunday lunch. The Steak Fajitas, Street Tacos, and Fajita Taco Salad are all delicious. The staff goes above and beyond, providing instant refills and ensuring everything is on time and hot. The Saint Peters location is particularly impressive, with quick order delivery and friendly servers. The salsa is thick, about 4 times as much as most places, and very good. The chips are not the thin kind. Customers enjoy the Margarita cheese dip, Verde chicken enchiladas, and chicken chimichanga and flauta combination plate. The music and decor create a feel of Mexico in the restaurant. Despite some cleanliness issues and slow service on busy days, the lunch deals like the fajitas for $10 are worth it. Chimi's Fresh-Mex is a great spot for Mexican food in St. Louis.
