Best St. Louis style pizza i have EVER had. Blows imos and Cecil Whitaker's our of the water!! Small, family owned place. Family of four always gets the family meal deal with house salad. Usually have a little leftover pizza with that. Cheesiest pizza, very friendly service. Food comes out very quickly.
I was unhappy with the appetizers and the salad. We ordered fried cauliflower and garlic cheese bread for appetizers. They were obviously frozen fried cauliflower and the bread was just unappealing to me..which is understandable for a family restaurant. Just not very tasty. The salad was not very fresh at all and only had tomatoes and mozzarella on it...which is described on the menu. Not my idea of a salad but again...it's not a 5 star restaurant. I have been a long time lover of Francesco's. Last night I was disappointed ... Our large house salad and garlic bread was disappointing. Our salad was more or less lettuce with some tomato. The pizza is solid but in the future I wouldn't order anything else other than pizza from Francesco's.
