I don’t know what young lady was working the window last night (7/10/23) at about 10:30 pm - but I told her I didn’t want a drink carrier (5 drinks). She said to me “well it’s easier for me, and I gotta run the cash register and do other stuff…”. Need to work on customer relations! 1) I was trying to be a good steward of company resources (I mean those aren’t free); of the world (reduce trash) and quite frankly I had a shoulder injury.
