CAJUN PASTA -OMG this is the 1 and not the 2! I walked into the mall looking for Panda Express but saw this spot on the way to my car. The Cajun Pasta dish sounded good so I tried it out. Fast service. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She was super sweet and I couldn’t wait to get home to eat. So I didn’t. Girl I used the to-go utensils, sat in that car and ate in the parking lot. ?I couldn’t stop eating! It’s creamy, full of flavor, and the right touch of ‘Cajun’....
I got a smoked turkey leg from their booth at festival of nations. It tasted just like the smoked already cooked turkey legs I buy at schnucks. Thaw heat and eat. They did take it out of a “smoker” but it wasn’t smoking. Looked more like a food warmer. Hopefully the legs at the restaurant are freshly smoked / cooked. Pretty good for the middle of tower grove park.
