Overall, underwhelming. Definitely suffering from shortage of staff. Bar service while waiting for table was unavailable. Service once seated was slow and not well organized. Food was ok, but nothing memorable. Their signature chicken strips were dry and overcooked. The ribs seemed to have been precooked and reheated. Restrooms definitely need a deep cleaning.

Was able to get a seat right before the place started getting busy. Most tables were properly cleaned but the floor surrounding and underneath them could have been better especially after being noticed by a "bus boy" staff member. Other patrons besides myself noticed the same thing.

Our visit was very pleasant. We haven't been here in a very long time. I'm glad we gave it a try. Food was fresh and their rolls and honey butter are fantastic. Staff was friendly as well. The best part is, my entire family ate for less than the cost of ordering pizza at home. We plan on visiting more regularly.
