Pizza tasted great. Restaurant could use a refresh.
This is not a “retro” Pizza Hut as promoted. They have a couple red and white tablecloths, but those tables seem like a waiting area for Door Dash.
This review and rating is less about Pizza Hut itself and more about the one woman wonder who was doing everything (cooking, cleaning, phone and register) when we went to pick up a pizza at the St. peters Pkwy location around noon today. This was one of only a few times I've ever wanted to tip someone when I'm picking up food.
Pizza Hut needs to get her some help.

Pizza Hut offers tasty food with hot and enjoyable meals delivered. Many customers appreciate the consistent quality of their pizzas, boneless wings, and fries, with some saying the fries are amazing and the buffalo burnin' hot sauce is addictive. Orders are often correct and cooked to perfection, and the staff tends to be friendly and helpful. The restaurant is suitable for pick-ups, though the cleanliness of the storefront could be improved. The eat-in experience shows signs of improvement as some older locations are being updated. However, delivery times can be inconsistent, sometimes arriving early or over 50 minutes late. Customer service at times can be frustrating, especially when attempting to correct delivery issues, which may lead to cancellations and a poor experience. Overall, many customers have positive visits, especially when staff like Paula provide excellent service and make visits enjoyable.
