We went through the drive thru and the wait was ridiculous. It took 10 minutes just for them to take our order. Once we got to the window they had us pull forward and wait an additional 15 minutes for our food. To top it all off, the food was cold. This is the second popeyes I've been to where the experience was garbage. Don't go to popeyes unless you're willing to wait a while, and don't expect your food to be hot after the wait.

There were 2 people working on Labor Day and they were very busy. Both workers were friendly and went out of their way to provide great service. From what I heard they were not even scheduled to work but had to cover for other employees who called off. This type of attitude and hard work will undoubtedly bring customers back! Whomever owns this location would be wise to reward the employees working on 9/1/2025 during the afternoon.

It was a nice turnaround from the last time we tried this location.
Last time we sat in the drivethru line for 15 minutes and didn't move. We were lucky that we could pull out of line and go to the competition up the street for brunch.
Even though the recorded message at the drivethru said they are short staffed and to expect a wait, it was only 10 minutes to go all the way to window.
Upon getting home, the order was exactly what we ordered. Chicken...
