Solid mall food. I'm not a pretzel person myself so I usually get a large soda like I used to when I worked at Journeys down there. But I can speak for my friend when they really like the pretzel bites there. Also shoutout to Mallory and Reiss! Very nice and I always saw Mallory working when I stopped by!
The pretzels are consistently good, cheese sauce is delicious, they are open when they are supposed to be, and all of the employees I’ve talked to are polite. I will pick this place over Auntie Anne’s any day and encourage others to do it too
Worked here after I fell in love with the pretzels. I did quit that job, but I still can say that I still will always go there when I visit the mall. I never got sick of their pretzels.
