This location is doing GOD’S WORK! I have several Taco Bell’s I could go to, but I go out of my way to specifically come to this one. When I pull up, I know the service will be quick and the food will be gas. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad food from this location, seriously this place is the goat of all locations near me. Keep doing what you’re doing guys

I placed my online in-store pick up order. After the app said it was ready I went to go inside. Not only were the doors locked, but several employees looked at me and did nothing. They only spoke to me when another employee was leaving through the doors. They said I had to go through the drive through. Why the hell should I be able to place an order for in store, wait while they tend the lines and make my order, to find out that I have to wait longer in the drive through, and why could they not have just asked for my name and given me my food? This location seriously needs to train their staff. QR code in bag did not work.

I really feel like you all do not like me or something. Literally every single time I come here either my order is cold or wrong.. my crunchy tacos are always broken.. and I'm at the point I'm afraid to say anything because the last time I did the Manager came unglued on me.. It will be years before I ever come back to this location. MOES is right across the street and is way better than the food at this location.

Went to this location today. The taco supreme i obtained had human hair in it. Once I requested a refund I was told no. But they did offer to make another. Trust me once you find something so distasteful in your food you don't want more. I don't recommend eating from this unsanitary tacobell. Don't trust them with your money. They are rude and lack common professionalism & decency. Who gives you food with hair and won't issue a refund.

Drive through wait is about 10-12 minutes. So I went inside, had to order using a kiosk, it ask what kind of soda. (We had to fill it ourselves) it asked how many and kind of sauces (but I had to get them too) why ask? Get home, the order is wrong missing things we paid for. The guy in back cooking is doing everything, the guy working the drive thru looks lost and can’t even get the cups for the people ordering in the restaurant. This place is like Jack n the Box right before it closed up. My advice — go somewhere else.

They were out of beef at 11pm and open until 2am. It’s TACO bell, how can you be out of beef when more than half your items have beef. Should’ve just closed and saved the customers time and let them go somewhere else before they got stuck in line and had to order a very select chicken item.

This is my favorite location. I come here a few times a week on my lunch break or after work and the people in the drive thru are always really nice, even when they're busy, which is not an easy thing to manage! The wait is never long and the food is almost always both good & what I ordered.

Don't waste your time here. Just scoot down the road to QDoba so you get your moneys worth. The manager tried to tell me that bean burritos are supposed to be flat like a quesadilla. This location is mediocre at best, and a grade A disappoinment.

This Taco Bell has given up on the customer service experience. They have installed 2 self-service order machines that take you longer to navigate. It took us twice as long to order in comparison to having a trained employee do it. The quality and size of the food has dramatically decreased, but the price has increased.
