Went here for the first time for a book signing of Victor's Blessing. The owners are personable and friendly. The mead is fantastic and I'll be returning soon. (Great book too!)

Great place to hang out and enjoy a glass of mead or cider. They are super friendly here and we always have a good time. You can't go wrong if you are in the area, stop by and enjoy.

Had to come back the next day to get a flight of the meads I didn’t try yesterday. This place is awesome. Very creative and tasty meads.

We stopped in here while walking around St. Genevieve. This was a nice place to sit down, relax and enjoy a drink. They make both wine and mead. I had the Magnetic Midnight mead; I was undecided between that and another, but they gave me a sample of each. The Magnetic Midnight was good, flavorful and a little sour; it was quite enjoyable. My wife usually gets wine, but here she went for a unique option: a wine slushy. Hers was full of bold flavors and was a bit sweet; overall, very good. I enjoyed this place. I know there's other wineries in the area, but it was nice being able to visit this one while walking around town. I would definitely go here again.

You can never go wrong at Brix. Best Mead in the Midwest. Awesome owners/hosts. Lots of unique gifts and snacks. Not to mention special events and live music.Do yourself a favor and make this your first and last stop on your next visit to St. Genevieve.

We had a relaxing weekend in St. Genevieve MO and stumbled upon this awesome little winery on Merchant Street. The ladies there were super helpful, had a side patio as well as a backyard with games to entertain guests. I recommend the All Burn. It is different for a wine but absolutely delicious ?

This place is the former St Genevieve Winery. Now the specialize in Meads. Still not sure what these are. Great outdoor space. It was fun to see the bees flying around. Must stop when you are in the area.

We spent the weekend at the Getaway cabins in Bloomsdale, MO & drove 20 mins to St. Gene on Saturday afternoon. Stumbled upon here & loved everything about it!First the ladies working the bar gave us a great educational outline of the different mead options with background on how it is created. They outlined the best flight options. The environment was welcoming with options to shop some local items / bar piece essentials. Even bought our own bottle of Honey Bourbon to bring home with us.

Brix is my type of winery. Small, but not all weird and cozy. And was spacious enough for a group of real friends; those faithful two or three. Natalie and Bridget made a delicious slushie for my fiance. Before making two purchases to support this fine establishment, designed just for people like us, I did not know that I liked cider.Skee Cider Lady and the Summer Crush wine are my two suggestions.
