I placed an app order 20 minutes before I showed up and had to wait another 15 after I got there because they claimed they were waiting on nuggets. Then when I got my food it was cold. It felt like a waste of time and money to come here

This is by far the worst McDonald's that I've ever gone to. Even if you put the order in online on their app, they get it wrong. The people that take your money at the window are rude condescending and couldn't say thank you if they had a gun at their heads. I don't know why anybody goes to McDonald's anymore anyway. I certainly won't be returning to this one!

Went thru the drive thru , lady in a car in front of me sat at the speaker box for 15 -20 minutes holding up the line in this 100 degree heat ,y car was boxed on so I couldn’t get out of the line and had to wait to even do that much. My mom went inside to tell the staff about it and their reply was “we know , she is struggling to place a mobile order “ and then they finally decided to send someone out side. .. but really ?? You all know & purposely left people sitting in a line in 100 degree heat ??? Maybe your getting paid but the customers time is valuable

Very fast service, no sooner did i fill my drink, my order was ready, they were relatively busy as well. Very clean establishment as well. Whoever was working on 6/14 needs a raise.
You know if I have to pay almost 5 dollars for a sandwich now the least I want is to be able to eat it. I'm disgusted just opening my sandwich, picking it up and having a long either blonde or grey hair stuck to the side of my burger. I was looking forward to it as I haven't had a burger from there in a long time. People there need to take personal hygiene more seriously especially the ones cooking/making the food. Now I'm still sitting here on an empty stomach and wasted 5 bucks smh. Would add pics of said hair but it won't let me.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst. Always messing orders up, always getting cold nasty food and have literally made me pull around the building and FORGOT I was there. I’m a very patient person but after 35 minutes sitting in the front of the building waiting for my order watching 10+ cars behind me leave was frustrating. They eventually came out and confirmed that they in fact cleared my order from their system and had simply forgotten me. They made the order which means I received 35 minute old, cold food. Overall terrible, the only reason it stays afloat is because they’re not many choices in this small town.

I'm extremely disappointed with my order. I got a 20 piece nugget and they said OK, we're waiting on your nuggets. So I assumed, I was gonna get hot fresh nuggets. Well, I guess they were short 3 or 4 nuggets. And they only cooked 3 or 4 for me and gave me mostly older nuggets. So I got 3 or 4. Tasty hot krispy nuggets On top of room temperature disappointment. I get that itwas 9:55 at night, but like I'm going to work.This is by morning.And they still have an hour to be open.I don't know, it.Just sucks.That's life I guess

Asked for extra ketchup only got alittle squirt. And the mc crispy had 2 pickles between two smushed buns and a chicken patty. And the pain mc double fully loaded. Like really??
