i got 2 of the rotisserie style chicken sandwiches & they came out soggy so they fixed the order, just ask them or put in online order notes to "warm & drain chicken" & sandwiches will come out perfect, great ingredients, veggies & bread, very kind people & great coustomer service
The food is fresh, the customer service is a hit or miss. I've ordered online several times and my order has never been correct. The sandwich presentation is also a hit or miss. It depends on who makes it and how busy they are. I recommend visiting in person.

All the workers that work there always make my sandwich perfectly. I order there frequently and they have given me sweet little notes on my online orders. I know it can be hard trying to keep up with orders but they always manage to get their stuff done. The lighting and decorations are also very nice. I cannot imagine my life without this subway.
