They will call and cancel your float on their behalf and then refuse to give you your money back or allow you to reschedule. It is over booked and crowed when they’re not stealing your money. Lot of crowds, lot of drunk people, a lot of litter/trash in the water and campground areas.
100/10 we take our kids every year and this is the best family resort hands down! We just went over the weekend & my 3 year old who is is a car guy loved the bus & van ride we were able to get back to our campsite. He then saw the red huzzah valley truck one of the workers drive in & he HAD to catch a ride in it.🤦♀️😂 Needless to say they made it happen for him & it was probably one of the best parts of his trip! Huzzah is great overall. The only thing I have a complaint about is the entrance to the Zoo II campground. It’s very easy to miss. I would recommend a light and a sign at the entrance!
